The Ultimatum: South Africa - Khanya questions Ruth’s relationship with Isaac

The Ultimatum: South Africa is currently streaming on Netflix and is set to drop it's reunion special on the platform next week. The show featured a six-way couple swap as partners were issued ultimatums by their significant others to either marry or move on.

As part of the show's format, each couple who came on the show swapped partners with another couple. The new couples later spent three weeks in a trial marriage. The original couples then reunited and spent three weeks living together.

During the second girls' night out, Khanya, who was paired with Ruth's original partner, enquired about Ruth and Isaac's relationship when the latter mentioned that Isaac was going to propose to her.

The Ultimatum: South Africa cast member asked whether Ruth knew who she was getting married to and brought up Ruth cheating on her original partner with Nolla, the person she was paired up on the show with.

Ruth and Khanya yell at each other in The Ultimatum: South Africa

In episode 8 of The Ultimatum: South Africa, the girls got together for a pajama party and several issues came to light. The girls asked each other how things were with their original partners now that they were spending time together as part of a trial marriage.

When it was Ruth's turn, she revealed that she and Isaac were definitely getting married. Courtney asked her if The Ultimatum: South Africa couple was "actually talking about getting engaged" and Ruth revealed that Isaac already bought a ring.

"It came out because we were fighting. I asked him, 'Why are you still here? I feel like you don't want to be here.' He was like, 'There's a reason I'm still here.'"

Khanya asked Ruth if she felt she knew who she was marrying and the latter said that while she didn't think she knew him "completely," she was "quite happy." The cast member said she had further questions for Ruth but she felt like the latter was tired of questions.

Ruth told her to go ahead and Khanya asked her why she gave Nolla "so much access" to her, referring to Nolla and Ruth sleeping together during their trial marriage. She asked whether she wanted a relationship with him or if she was attracted to him.

"I wanted to have s*x. Period," Ruth said.

Khanya asked her once again if she was attracted to him and Ruth said, no, she just felt like she "needed s*x" she she had it. The Ultimatum: South Africa called Nolla a stranger and pointed out that Ruth wanted to have s*x with a random person.

"He's not a stranger. I stayed with him, he's not a random guy. It's the same as allowing a random guy to see you n*ked," Ruth said.

Khanya tried explaining the difference and fumbled. When the other The Ultimatum: South Africa cast started laughing. Khanya said that Ruth was turning it into a thing. She added that Isaac did the same thing.

"When you say something offensive, they offend you."

Ruth asked her if she was offended. Thabi, another cast member chimed in on the situation in a confessional and said that one moment everyone was cool and then everything changed.

Meanwhile, Ruth told The Ultimatum: South Africa star that in the situation, Nolla was just as random for her as Isaac was for Khanya. When Khanya said that for her "s*x is giving someone full access to your body," Ruth said:

"Just like letting them see you n*ked? Seeing your every part?"

Khanya doubled down and asked Ruth if she knew what "full access" meant and the latter said that her definition of full access included letting someone see you without clothes on.

Khanya asked her why she was upset because she was the one who slept with someone else and said it was not Khanya's problem.

The cast members started yelling at one another. Later in the episode, they confided in their partners about the same.
