The first part of The Voice Season 26 finale aired on Monday, December 9, 2024, showcasing a night of music, competition, and special guest appearances. The Top 5 finalists had their final opportunity to impress viewers with two performances each—one ballad and one uptempo song—demonstrating their range and versatility as they vied for the $100,000 grand prize and a recording contract.

Adding to the event’s excitement were special performances by Season 24 winner Huntley and coach Michael Bublé alongside playoff advisor Carly Pearce. Martha Stewart also made a guest appearance, bringing celebrity flair and highlighting her close friendship with coach Snoop Dogg. This marked the final stage of the competition before the Season 26 champion was crowned.

1. Danny Joseph (Team Reba)

Danny Joseph is a 37-year-old from the United Kingdom who started his career performing on the streets of the London Underground before moving to America in 2016. From Team Reba, Joseph performed Amy Winehouse’s “Back to Black” as his ballad choice. For his uptempo selection, he performed Luke Combs’ “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma.”


2. Jeremy Beloate (Team Snoop)

Beloate, hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, moved to New York to pursue his dreams, backed wholeheartedly by his mother and sister. During the Blinds, he shared that he had lost his father and two brothers to addiction.

Jeremy Beloate, representing Team Snoop, delivered Robyn’s “Dancing on My Own” as his ballad. His second performance was Jackie DeShannon’s “What the World Needs Now,”.

Seventeen-year-old Shye chose to forgo her high school graduation to perform at the Blind Auditions, a decision that has proven successful. She delivered a version of "Superman (It’s Not Easy)" by Five for Fighting, resulting in a 4-Chair Turn and unanimous acclaim from the Coaches.

Shye, from Team Bublé, performed Harry Styles’ “Falling” as her ballad. For her uptempo number, she chose Joan Osborne’s “One of Us.”


4. Sydney Sterlace (Team Gwen)

Sydney Sterlace is a young vocalist from West Seneca, New York, a suburb near Buffalo. She started taking part in local talent competitions at the age of 7 and recently triumphed in a TikTok challenge organized by BroadwayEvolved.

Sydney Sterlace, the youngest finalist at 16 and part of Team Gwen, performed “Chasing Cars” by Snow Patrol as her ballad. Her uptempo performance was “I Love You, I’m Sorry” by Gracie Abrams.


5. Sofronio Vasquez (Team Bublé)

Vasquez from the Philippines, is the second artist in the Blind Auditions of Season 26, delivering a rendition of the Rose Royce track "I'm Goin' Down," which resulted in a rare 4-Chair Turn.

Sofronio Vasquez, another finalist from Team Bublé, performed “Unstoppable” by Sia as his uptempo number. His ballad choice is “A Million Dreams” from The Greatest Showman.


Special performances and guest appearances

The live finale part one of The Voice Season 26 featured exciting performances and notable guest appearances. Season 24 winner Huntley returned to perform their latest single, “Skyline Drive,” showcasing the talent cultivated by the show.

Coach Michael Bublé and playoff advisor Carly Pearce delivered a festive duet of their new holiday song, “Maybe This Christmas.” Additionally, Martha Stewart made a special appearance showcasing support for coach Snoop Dogg.
