The Voice: Breakdown of who made it to the teams

Cameron Wright joins Team Michael

Cameron Wright, a performer with a rich musical background that includes working with legends like Stevie Wonder, delivered a stunning rendition of Barbra Streisand's The Way We Were. Ultimately, Wright chose Team Michael, with Bublé expressing confidence that they could make it to the finale.

Mark Shiiba was saved by Coach Replay

Independent folk artist Mark Shiiba initially failed to get any chair turns after performing Bob Dylan's Don’t Think Twice, It’s Alright. However, Michael Bublé used the Coach Replay Button to save Shiiba, recognizing his potential. Shiiba's unique style and raspy voice caught Bublé's attention, which made him reconsider.

Eliza Pryor joins Team Snoop

Snoop Dogg added Eliza Pryor, a young performer from Dallas, to his team after a last-minute chair turn. Pryor performed Linger by The Cranberries, and though her vocals were flat at times, Snoop saw something special in her.

Brad Sample joins Team Snoop

Snoop Dogg also secured Brad Sample, a rocker with a high-pitched voice. Sample’s performance of The Letter showcased his distinct sound, winning over both Reba McEntire and Snoop. After some playful back-and-forth between the coaches, Sample chose to join Team Snoop, bringing his unique rock style to the competition.

Mary McAvoy joins Team Snoop

Mary McAvoy, a country-pop singer from Boston, wowed the coaches with her rendition of Say You Love Me. Despite some minor tuning issues, McAvoy’s powerful and controlled performance earned her a spot on Team Snoop.

Kay Sibal joins Team Gwen

Gwen Stefani added Kay Sibal, a jazz-influenced performer with roots in a Filipino immigrant family, to her team. Sibal performed Laufey’s From the Start on the anniversary of her father’s passing, delivering a heartfelt performance. Despite competition from Michael Bublé, Sibal chose to join Team Gwen on The Voice, feeling a natural connection to her coaching style.

Camryn Brooks earns a spot on Team Gwen

Camryn Brooks, a returning contestant from Season 21, delivered a redemption performance that earned her a four-chair turn. Singing Maggie Rogers' Light On, Brooks showcased her growth and vocal control. She chose Team Gwen, marking her return to the show.

Beya to Team Gwen

Hawaiian singer Beya joined Team Gwen after performing a smooth rendition of Ruby & the Romantics' Our Day Will Come on The Voice. Beya’s lush vocals and impressive vibrato impressed Gwen, who immediately turned her chair. Michael Bublé hesitated, noting concerns about Beya’s versatility, but Gwen believed in Beya’s talent and added her to her growing roster.

Lauren-Michael Sellers joins Team Reba

Reba McEntire added Lauren-Michael Sellers, a special-education teacher with a powerful story. Seller’s performance of Hillsong UNITED's Oceans (Where My Feet May Fail) was emotional and deeply moving, earning a four-chair turn. Sellers’ background of using music as a safe haven during a difficult childhood resonated with Reba, and they connected over their shared love for country music.

Tsola and Deon Jones Join Team Reba

Though their performances were briefly shown in a montage, on The Voice, Reba McEntire added two more contestants: Tsola and Deon Jones. While little was revealed about their performances, both artists brought depth to Team Reba, preparing her for the battles ahead.

As The Voice season 26 continues, the competition intensifies with only a few spots left. Episode 6 of The Voice season 26 will air on Tuesday, Oct 15, 2024, at 8 pm EST.
