The Voice season 26: Who all were eliminated from Battles round 2? Details explored

The Voice season 26 episode 8 premiered on October 22 on NBC. Season 25-winning coach Reba McEntire made her return to the singing show, alongside coach Gwen Stefani. The experienced coaching duo were joined by first-time The Voice coaches, Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé.

In Episode 8, the second round of the Battles took center stage, where singers from each coach's team faced off against their own teammates. The winning contestant from each battle advanced to the next round, while the losing contestant was sent home.

Mark Shiiba and Jeremy Beloate got eliminated from Team Buble. While Team Gwen lost Frankie Torres, the singer was stolen by Team Reba. Kevin James Graham had to go home from Team Reba. Finally, Team Snoop lost MisterMoon and Suede Lacy.

The Voice contestants eliminated from Battles round 2

Team Bublé: Mark Shiiba and Torion Sellers

Bublé decided to pair up Edward Preble and Mark Shiiba, two singers with different styles. The coach had a song that could suit both singers, and they faced off on Louis Armstrong's What a Wonderful World.

Shiiba got a second chance earlier on The Voice when he received Bublé's Coaches' Replay. The singer presented his rendition of the assigned song in Battles Round 2, however, Bublé decided to go with Preble.

The next face-off between the team members occurred between Torion Sellers and Jeremy Beloate. The Voice 26 contestants sang Just The Way You Are, with Beloate taking the win and advancing to the next round.

Team Reba: Kevin James Graham

Reba McEntire's soul singers Kevin James Graham and Adam Bohanan kicked off The Voice season 26 Battles Round 2. The two singers had the same style and Reba knew that she had to keep only one of the two soul singers if she wanted to win the season.

For their competition, Graham and Bohanan were assigned Lose Control by Teddy Swims. The soul track was outside Graham's area of expertise and Bohanan lacked the vocal ability to reach the high notes that the song demanded.

Bohanan managed to come out of his comfort zone and shine due to his natural ease. This meant Graham was on the chopping block and was eliminated from the episode.

Team Snoop: MisterMoon and Suede Lacy

Snoop wanted to test the harmonies between two very different voices, so he paired ChrisDeo and MisterMoon for a head-to-head showdown. To raise the stakes, he chose Amy Winehouse's Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, a song that pushed both artists out of their comfort zones.

ChrisDeo was selected as the winner of the battle and MisterMoon walled off the stage with no steals.

The second showdown on the coach's team featured Suede Lacy going up against Torre Blake. The Voice season 26 contestants delivered a soulful performance of What You Won’t Do For Love, but in the end, it was Blake who emerged victorious, securing the win.
