“They know damn well”: Love Island USA fans thank producers for not sending Aaron and Kaylor to the Hideaway

Love Island USA season 6 aired episode 30 on Sunday, July 14, 2024, and the season has been making waves ever since the Casa Amor segment aired. While the segment has since ended, its aftermath continues to make the plotlines of the show exciting.

Aaron and Kaylor were one of the few couples who closed their relationship after returning from Casa Amor. However, their decision to close their relationship left fans divided, as many thought it was cute and others claimed it was superficial. The latter group felt that way after seeing Aaron romance and make out with Daniela when he was in Casa Amor.

Aaron and Kaylor came neck-to-neck with Kenny and JaNa to win a night at the Hideaway in episode 30, which aired on Sunday. However, their team lost the challenge to the producer's decision, and Kenny and JaNa won the night at the Hideaway.

Fans of Love Island USA season 6 were glad that Aaron and Kaylor did not go to the hideaway because they thought JaNa and Kenny were a stronger couple. Additionally, fans were already questioning the legitimacy of Aaron and Kaylor's relationship, and seemed to agree with the decision. They took to X to thank the producers for their move with many stating that they didn't want to "see Aaron and Kaylor in there [the Hideaway]."

"Production is so real for making it “the Pink Team choose someone FROM THEIR TEAM” to go to the hideaway cuz they know damn well we didn’t wanna see Aaron and Kaylor in there," one person wrote on X.

Others had similar reactions about the decision and were sharing the same on X, with many claiming that the plot twist by the producers was "the type of television" they lived for.

"To the producers of love island usa, thank you for stepping in and giving the hideaway to the pink team and saving us from having to see kaylor and aaron in there we thank you". Said another.

"Shoutout the producers for letting the pink team decide who goes in the hideaway cause NOBODY wanted to see Aaron and Kaylor in there !". Said another.

"You can tell Kaylor and Aaron thought they were gonna go in the hideaway. Production said uh uhh, pink team only! They ate that one lil thing". Said one fan.

Kaylor and Aaron's story so far in Love Island USA season 6

Kaylor and Aaron were one of the few couples to pair up since the very beginning of Love Island USA season 6. They grew very close during their first few days at the villa itself and continued serving supposed couple goals to other contestants.

Their relationship remained unwavering by the bombshells that entered the house.

However, things changed during the Casa Amor segment when Aaron connected with Daniela. He kissed her during the challenges and went on to romance her when they hung out together. This was different from what Kaylor did at Casa, she only kissed the Casa men during the challenges and maintained a respectful distance while getting to know them.

Aaron's behavior at Casa Amor became the reason for their arguments when they returned to the Love Island USA villa. However, they managed to get over that, and with their relationship passing the Casa test, they coupled back up.
