"They're all scared of Tucker"— Brooklyn Rivera bids goodbye to Big Brother season 26

Big Brother season 26 aired a brand new episode this week on Thursday, August 22, 2024. During the segment, fans saw another cast member, Brooklyn Rivera, say goodbye to the show. The houseguests had to vote between her and Cam and chose to evict the former Mrs. America with eight votes against her.

After leaving the season 26 house, she spoke to the host, Julie Chen Moonves, about her time on the show and chimed in on other contestants' gameplay. Speaking about Tucker and Quinn, she said:

"I told the whole house that Tucker is the Big Bad Wolf, but it's Quinn. They're all scared of Tucker! They should really be scared of Quinn and me."

The eliminated contestant added that she wanted Quinn to win as it would "change his life." The cast member also chimed in on her and Angela Murray's argument about a charcuterie board, and said that she couldn't let "good meat and cheese go to waste."

"I feel blessed and highly favored to be able to play this game that I love so much. Even though I didn't win a competition, I hope my kids and husband are proud," she added.

Brooklyn Rivera gets eliminated from Big Brother season 26 in episode 18

Big Brother season 26 aired episode 18 on Thursday, August 22, 2024. The segment marked the end of week 5, Live Feeds of which were available to stream on Paramount+.

The segment saw three members of the Pentagon alliance at risk of going home. Cam, Chelsie, and Brooklyn were nominated and had to compete in the A.I. Arena to secure their spot on the show. Chelsie won the task and was safe from elimination.

Both Cam and Brooklyn shared why they should still be a part of Big Brother season 26, after which the houseguests cast their votes. The latter received 8 votes and was eliminated from the show ahead of week 6.

While speaking to Julie Chen Moonves after her eviction, the host asked her who Brooklyn thought didn't vote for her. She correctly guessed that her "bestie" in the house, Chelsie, didn't vote to eliminate her.

The host asked her about the Pentagon alliance and asked her about Cedric's elimination from the show. When Julie said that it seemed like Brooklyn was one of the people running the alliance, Brooklyn said that she couldn't even win a competition, let alone run an alliance.

"According to Tucker, he thinks Chelsie is the mastermind, but you are the voice," Julie explained.

The Big Brother season 26 contestant agreed with Julie but said she would never admit that to Tucker. The host further stated that Brooklyn was a part of almost every alliance and that everyone wanted to work with her. She asked about the cast member wanting to save Cedric despite the entire house wanting to eliminate him and whether she regretted it.

Brooklyn explained:

"I came here to play a loyal game to the first people who asked me to be on their team. I stand by that. I wasn't going to lie after the fact, so I owned up to my choices."

Julie played the cast's goodbye messages for the cast member. Tucker told her that he was "spot on" in calling her out but was looking forward to meeting her and her family on the outside.

Recalling Brooklyn's vote to evict Rubina, the female cast member said she could forgive but not forget. Chelsie said the Big Brother season 26 contestant was one of "God's greatest gifts" for her. She assured her that they would be best friends outside the show and that she was playing for both of them.

Big Brother season 26 will return to screens on Sunday, August 25, 2024, which will mark the beginning of week 6.
