Love and Hip Hop: Miami season 6 episode 8, titled Lashing Out, aired on Monday, January 6, 2025, delivered drama and unresolved tensions among cast members.

During a conversation with Van, Estelita expressed her frustration over Amara reconciling with Shay Johnson, who had previously made inappropriate comments about Estelita's past experiences. She said,

“I can't believe Amara would support the woman who joked about my se*ual abuse. Even worse, I was just sitting with Amara and Brooke the other day, and they said nothing.”

The episode highlighted personal and interpersonal challenges, including Estelita’s reaction to a resurfaced friendship between Amara and Shay. This revelation came to light during a conversation between Estelita and Van, where an Instagram story showcased Amara and Shay reaffirming their bond.

Estelita’s frustration with Amara peaked during a candid conversation with Van. Expressing her feelings of betrayal, Van showed Estelita an Instagram story that featured Shay and Amara reaffirming their renewed friendship. In the video, Shay stated, “None of y'all coming in between us this time,” while Amara chimed in,

“No more. And guess what? If you come for her, you come for me. And if you come for me, bitch, you better—”

Shay finished the statement with, “Come for me, too.” This shocked Estelita, who recalled past instances when Amara criticized Shay and referred to her in unfavorable terms. Confronting the situation, Estelita declared,

“How do you go from, oh, she’s trash. I don’t follow. I’m not with it. I can’t take it. She did this. She did that. And next thing you know, you’re hanging out with a nasty as, raggedy as b**ch.”

In her confessional, Estelita revealed that she had initially planned to inform Amara about her upcoming lounge party, which Amara was expected to attend. However, upon learning of Amara’s reconciliation with Shay, she decides to withhold the information, stating,

“Since Amara want to reunite with Shay, I ain’t saying no more.”

The eighth episode of Love and Hip Hop: Miami delved into various storylines, including Florence’s revenge, Triana and Swurv’s personal struggles, and Amara’s attempts to resolve lingering conflicts.

Florence played a central role in the Love and Hip Hop: Miami episode, plotting against Amara. In her confessional, Florence admitted to leveraging her connection with Allan, Gaelle’s ex-partner, to uncover secrets about Amara. She stated,

“I know Allan and Amara have a toxic relationship, so I’m using Allan to dig up any dirt I can on Amara.”

Florence and Allan engaged in a flirtatious conversation, where Allan revealed his frustrations with Amara, accusing her of manipulating their relationship and controlling access to their children.

Meanwhile, Triana and Swurv faced mounting pressure as they addressed legal issues and ongoing rumors in Love and Hip Hop: Miami. Triana voiced her concerns over their packed schedule, saying,

“The schedule is overpacked. There’s so much stuff we got to do.”
