Season 6 of Too Hot to Handle has come out on Netflix on Friday, July 19. The first episode of the show introduced 10 total contestants to the show, who came in thinking they wouldn't be able to be intimate with the contestant of their choice because of the game.

However, Too Hot to Handle season 6 introduced a new twist, which shocked and excited the contestants and audiences. After the contestants were introduced to each other, they were expecting to see Lana so that she could help them find their match. Lana is an AI bot that implements restraining rules on the Too Hot to Handle guests. She then keeps a close eye on them to see if they breach any. She is also the decider of punishments.

However, the contestants ran into Bad Lana instead, who said she wouldn't hold them back from kissing or getting intimate. Overjoyed, the contestants started bonding with each other with double the enthusiasm.

Who is Bad Lana from Too Hot to Handle season 6?

In a confessional on episode 1 of Too Hot to Handle season 6, Lana said she was handing the "reins" over to Bad Lana and that she had different ways of handling things.

When Bad Lana asked the contestants to assemble in the common area, she had an American accent, which made them very puzzled. As they gathered in the common area, they saw that Lana's appearance had changed. Instead of a white cone with a purple light going around it, Lana now was a black cone with a vertical red light. She said,

"You are guests at this retreat, as you all have a very bad side to your personalities. Well, guess what? Lana has a bad side too. And I am it. Bad Lana".

She continued,

"When I'm in charge, kissing, heavy petting, self-gratification, or even s*x, will not incur any fines".

This meant that Bad Lana was exactly the opposite of the usual Too Hot to Handle Lana. This also meant that Bad Lana opposed what the game stood for, practicing restraint to keep the money in the prize pot intact. She also encouraged them to get to know each other better during the day and announced that she would host a party at night.

In a confessional after that, Lana explained why she let Bad Lana take over. She said before she brought out the best versions of each contestant: she wanted to see them at their worst, so she created Bad Lana to encourage them to do bad things.

She also said that even though she introduced a new machine-learning device to the mix, the contestants would still face the consequences of their bad decisions.

Contestants, thinking Lana wasn't watching over and restraining them, acted freely, and some of them even kissed multiple contestants. However, this was short-lived.

At the end of the night, after the party Bad Lana threw them, Lana announced that the rules of the game were now in place. This meant no kissing, no self-gratification, no heavy petting, and no s*x. She also said that to motivate them, she added $250,000 to the prize fund, the biggest sum of money the show had ever seen.

In a shocking statement, she explained the consequences of the decisions that Bad Lana influenced them to make. She said every contestant present in the villa broke the rule, but two contestants were deemed a threat to the Too Hot to Handle prize fund. She then named Bri and Charlie and said they were eliminated because they kissed multiple contestants.

Just when Bri and Chris were about to exit the villa, Lana made a surprise announcement. She said they weren't going home but to the banishment zone instead, where they would remain for 24 hours.

Episodes 5 to 7 of Too Hot to Handle season 6 will come out on July 26 on Netflix.
