The final episode of Too Hot To Handle season 6 was released on August 2, 2024, on Netflix. During the episode, housemates were sent to the final workshop, which left them in tears. The workshop was named “Colors of Change”, which Lana described as:

"This final workshop is a chance for our couples to show that they have the emotional maturity to go the distance with each other. My single guests can also reflect on what they have learned and how their lives will be different outside the retreat. They all better bring their A-game because what happens here counts."

The coach for the workshop was Brenden Durell, who also conducted a women-only workshop during Too Hot To Handle season 6 episode 8.

Final workshop on Too Hot To Handle: Colors of Change

The coach, Brenden Durell, explained that the workshop was all about the guests’ growth in the retreat. They will reflect on who they were when they came in, who they will be when they leave, and how they’re committing to living going forward.

He shared with everyone that they’d all been on a transformational journey during the retreat. So, for the workshop, he would invite each of them to speak from their heart, one by one. Everyone was excited, but they weren’t up for “public speaking.”

Katherine shared in the confessional that she doesn’t like public speaking, especially if she has to talk about her emotions. She has never been good at it, so having to do that in front of people makes it so much harder for her.

The coach continued:

"All right, y’all. In this experience, I’m inviting all of you to choose a single word that represents what you’ve learned here that you can carry forward into the rest of your lives. Then, you’re going to choose a color that represents that word. You’ve been with each other for a minute, so share some points from your heart."

Joao shared that it was hard for him because they hadn't spoken since breaking up with Flavia.

Charlie and Katherine

The coach called Charlie to come up first. He shared that he couldn’t really see himself opening up to people, being vulnerable, or being honest. But coming into the retreat, he had grown. He learned that honesty is the most important thing.

He described Katherine as a special person and that he was grateful. He chose the words “awakening” and the color green to describe his experience in the Too Hot To Handle retreat.

Next was Katherine, who shared that she used to be a people pleaser in the past and told people what they wanted to hear. This was because if she shared her real emotions, then people would abandon her, which came from her family members, who abandoned her.

She shared in the confessional about how her father left her and her family when she was a child. She also added that meeting Charlie here made her very happy. She chose the word “authenticity” along with color.

Gianna shared with everyone:

"I think if you weren’t there, I would have gone home. I would have left the retreat, packed my bags, and accepted my loss for what I thought it was, and I think I had to leave that to understand that if they leave, you can hold your own. "

She added:

"And you can find a way to love and trust, no matter who leaves, who walks in, who touches your heart, and who doesn’t. I have grown so much love for you guys. And a newfound appreciation for having a tribe."

Her words made Joao emotional, while Katherine described Gianna’s speech as “Beautiful.” Bri shared in the confessional that she was proud of Gianna. Everyone was emotional during the workshop.

Flavia felt that Lana gave her a second chance to her. She was meant to set an example, but they helped her. She told Joao to never again break up with a girl through a song and that she would still want to be his friend. She picked the word “friendship,” which she associated with the color orange.

As soon as Bri came for her speech, she got emotional. She shared that coming into the retreat, she lacked trusting men and had carried that for many years. She shared that she built a really good connection with Charlie.

She also shared how she found Demari and everything that happened between them. She chose the word “trust” along with the color red.
