Too Hot to Handle season 6 released episodes 5-7 on Friday, July 26, 2024. Unlike the previous episodes, the new set of episodes saw a major change in the dynamics between the couples in the villa. The new episodes also had a few workshops, centered on finding one's true self and being honest to oneself.

The workshop in episode 6 was a unique one, as it was a men-only workshop, where they were put inside individual boxes, that seemingly resembled the womb. It was a sensory experience designed to make the participants feel safe so they could listen to themselves.

The men got emotional as they went into the box and experienced everything they would experience in the womb, including their mother's voices. Too Hot to Handle's creators had the contestants' mothers record a message for them and make it sound like they were talking to their sons in the womb.

Too Hot to Handle episode 6 was titled Womb for Improvement, and it saw the 6 men of the villa get into individual womb pods. The workshop host explained that they were sending them back to the womb, describing it as the "softest, securest, the most magical place they'd ever been before."

The host then announced that it was a sensory experience and asked the men to notice how they felt while they were in there. The pod was laced with soft, red satin clothing, and the top of the lid had a childhood picture of each contestant, which transported them back to their childhood.

They had earplugs to tune into, which had the sound of a heartbeat playing over them. The host asked them to rock if they felt like rocking back and forth and said that it was okay if they wanted to suck on their thumbs. Chris obliged as he put his thumb in his mouth and said he felt vulnerable at that moment.

The host then told them they had heard their mom's voice talking to them when they were inside the womb, adding that their moms were going to join them in the experience.

At first, the participants were all shocked because they thought their moms were coming to Too Hot to Handle, but they quickly realized that it was their voices that they would hear.

Louis' mom gave him relationship advice, telling him that he tended to break the hearts of the girls who were attracted to him, explaining to him why it wasn't right. Joao, meanwhile, teared up when he heard his mother talking, and she told him to focus more on understanding that a relationship has good and bad times.

Cristian teared up as he heard his mom asking him to be more authentic to himself. Charlie, meanwhile, began crying when he heard his mom tell him that he needed a strong woman who complimented him.

When Chris heard his mom say she loved him, he opened up and said he wasn't close to her, and he was at fault for that. After hearing her voice, he said he was going to try and reconnect with her and got emotional.

Demari cried when he heard his mom tell him to "treat the woman" in his life the way he "would expect somebody to treat" his mother.

When the men emerged from their pods and opened their eyes to the world, they felt liberated and sensible. They all took to Too Hot to Handle confessionals to address what they had learned and how they wanted to implement it in their game.

The third installment of Too Hot to Handle season 6 is set to be released on Friday, August 2, 2024, exclusively on Netflix.
