Too Hot To Handle season 6 introduced viewers to the retreat guests who are competing for the grand prize of a quarter of a million dollars. The purpose of this dating show was for single contestants to form deeper meaningful connections with one another and find a love match. to achieve that, an AI assistant Lana establishes rules to be followed, or else the money will be deducted from the prize fund.
This time, however, if a cast member didn't follow the rules, they were sent to the banishment quarters rather than being eliminated from the game. After they were evicted from the retreat, Lana gave them time to evaluate their actions. So far, Bri, Louis, and Charlie have been banished from the retreat. By episode 7, participants weren't taking Lana's warnings seriously, so she decided to send Kylisha and Louis home. Louis was a threat to the prize fund, and Kylisha's true intentions were unclear, which is why they both were eliminated.
However, they weren't the only ones to leave the Too Hot To Handle season 6 retreat. In episode 4, Jordan decides to go home after Flavia chooses Joao over him. Before exiting the show, Jordan explained the reason for going home:
"I fall too hard for people and when I fall too hard, you know, I get upset. And what I'm looking for isn't here. The retreat pushed me to my limit. I got too emotional, I broke."
Eliminated contestants from Too Hot To Handle season 6
1) Kylisha
On Too Hot To Handle season 6 episode 7, Kylisha was eliminated by Lana as she was not making a conscious effort to find a love match. When Cristian tried to approach her, she clarified she wasn't interested in him. In a series of flashbacks, Lana showed that Kylisha's intentions weren't the best; she had previously admitted to breaking as many rules as she could.
Kylisha was disappointed at how early her journey was coming to an end, but she was grateful for the overall experience she had with her friends. During her confessional interview, Kylisha said:
"I'm just replaying what I could have done differently. I feel like I've had such a good journey learning through this whole process about myself. And I have formed a great connection with a big group of friends."
2) Louis
Louis entered the villa alongside Flavia to be a "good example" for other guests in the retreat. However, he was the only person in the retreat who had cost the entire group a lot of money. Forgetting his purpose and why Lana sent him to the retreat, Louis broke the rules with Katherine and was planning to do the same with Gianna.
Lana saw no improvement in his behavior despite him getting banished from the villa. Louis released his mistake, and before departing, the Too Hot to Handle guest apologized to the remaining cast:
"There was money that was spent that I thought meant something, and it felt right at that time, but there was a lot of money spent, which, you know, was just reckless and a bit stupid of me."
The OG Too Hot to Handle cast members who are still competing in the show include Bri, Charlie, Demari, Chris, Gianna, Lucy, Joao, and Katherine. New retreat guests Flavia, Valentina, and Cristian are also competing for the grand prize.
