Bri and Demari were one of the strongest couples on the show. The Too Hot To Handle cast members had their fair share of struggles, especially after Demari kissed Valentina. During her interview with People, Bri revealed she had still not healed from the hurt after the Valeninta situation.

After exiting the retreat, she had "delayed reactions" that impacted their relationship in the real world.

Both Demari and Bri aren't together but seemingly are on a "break" as stated by Bri. She said:

"It's complicated. We're working on things ... It was real in there, but it was such a small window. So we've really have been trying to learn each other on the outside of everything."

Charlie and Katherine

It was unexpected for viewers to find out that Charlie and Katherine are still going strong. Charlie's reputation wasn't the best as he seemed nonserious about commitment on Too Hot To Handle. He did admit to the retreat changing his views and focusing on the emotional connection more than the physical one.

In his interview with People, Charlie explained that he didn't make his relationship official as he wanted to see if they could date in the real world. However, he was still sure of Katherine becoming his girlfriend. Charlie mentioned:

"I really wanted to make sure that whilst I was in there, I didn't rush anything or make anything happen too quickly. I wanted to give us a chance on the outside."

The Too Hot To Handle contestants Flavia and Joao broke up in episode 10 but they decided to stay friends. Even though Joao was hurt that Flavia couldn't pass the loyalty test and explored a new connection with Jalen, he still wanted her in his life.

The two have stayed in contact with each other as close friends without having any intention of rekindling a romantic connection. In episode 10, Flavia clarified:

"I do want to have you in my life after this because I think we understand each other and we do get along."

Chris and Sabrina were one of the new couples on the show. Chris wanted to get to know Sabrina outside of the retreat and spend some time with her once the show ended. In one of the season 6 episodes, he confessed:
