In episode 11 of Real Housewives of Dubai season 2, released on August 20, Sara shared that she pressed charges against her maid. She discovered that the maid had been tampering with the house cameras for six months and bringing strange men into her home.

These men asked about Sara's schedule and her son, Maktoum, and even requested pictures of him. Sara found photos of her son on the maid's phone, with comments from the men about his appearance and inquiries about Sara's finances.

She said she fired the maid and also said that she was now in jail. However, it didn't take time for Nina to deduce that they were plotting a ransom. Fans of Real Housewives of Dubai have taken to X to express their feelings about this shocking revelation.

"The maid situation with Sara and her son is absolutely scary and traumatizing. That’s a parent worst nightmare especially when you trust the maid around your child and in your home. They was about to hold that boy for ransom. People are so evil and wicked," a fan said.
"Sara’s maid should be jailed for those texts! This is so sick, I feel for Sara and her son," another said.
"That’s actually scary what happened with Sara & the maid. I can’t imagine the fear that must’ve captured her when she came back knowing what could’ve went down with her son. I don’t blame her for pressing full charges," a comment read.
"Omgg that maid is something else. She gotta go !!!!" another read.

Maktoum, Sara's son, was sitting in the same room as her, Saba, and Nina when she was narrating the incident to them. Many Real Housewives of Dubai fans thought he shouldn't have been in the same room when such traumatic developments were being discussed.

"Sarah talking about her maid turning the cameras off and bringing men in… Men that were asking when Sarah would be back…Maybe she should leave her son out of these adult conversations?" a user wrote.
"Even though he was exposed, Makotum shouldn’t have been in the room when Sara was having that conversation with Nina and Saba. He didn’t need to be in their conversation! But damn that was messed up and scary what that maid did!" another user wrote.
"Sara better sue her maid and her man," a Tweet read.
"Sara talks too much around her son. She chooses to traumatize him," read another.
