“True love story” — Love Island USA fans react to Serena and Kordell making it to the final 4

Season 6 of the most coveted dating show of the year, Love Island USA has made it to the finals, sending the internet into a frenzy. This is because episode 34 (July 19) showed four couples becoming the finalists. Aaron-Kaylor, and Rob-Kassy got eliminated, while Kendall-Nicole, JaNa-Kenny, Serena-Kordell, and Leah-Miguel were the ones to continue their journey.

Fans of the show are now rooting for Serena and Kordell because they think their bonding is stronger than others. They are the only contestants to pair up with each other since the start of the show, as opposed to other three couples who consist of bombshells that entered the Love Island USA villa much later.

Fans of the show have taken to X to express their support for the pair and root for them. Some of them are even urging fans to cast their final vote in Serena and Kordell's favor. One fan wrote:

Serena and Kordell's story so far on Love Island USA season 6

Serena and Kordell paired up with each other in the first few episodes of the show, but they weren't very gushy about their relationship because Serena wanted to take it slow. This was because she wished their bond to feel natural and didn't want to sour it by rushing it, something she made amply clear with Kordell.

The couple were also open to mingling with other Love Island USA villa mates to see if they matched better with them.

When Nicole entered the villa on Day 8, Kordell stood in the line for people trying to pair with her, alongside Kendall. Nicole chose to pair up with Kendall and Kordell went back with Serena.

In a conversation with JaNa, Serena said that she was now okay with opening up to Kordell since he was giving her the freedom she wanted, she reiterated the same to Kordell as well.

It made Kordell happy, and just when they were on the way to strengthen their relationship, they were hit with the Casa Amor twister. Kordell picked a liking for Daia when he was away at the Casa Amor, he even came back hand-in-hand with Daia. This hurt Serena, which made Kordell feel guilty.

However, after much thought, Kordell decided to go back to Serena because he realized where his heart truly lied. Their relationship, ever since, has been one of the strongest in the villa.
