"Truly in awe"—Sister Wives star Meri Brown gets emotional on her solo trip to London

Sister Wives season 19 episode 12 is scheduled to be released on December 1, 2024 at 10:02 PM on TLC. The episode, titled Put Your House In Order, will feature tension among the Brown family as the deadline to pay off Coyote Pass looms over them. Meanwhile, Christine and Janelle will be hosting a graduation party for Savanah.

Aside from all the drama, Meri will be taking a trip to England. In an exclusive clip for the episode provided by People magazine, the Sister Wives star can be seen visiting in England. She becomes emotional upon seeing Stonehenge, a place she has longed to visit for years.

"I am truly in awe of this place. What the heck, I don't even know these emotions," Meri reacts.

Sister Wives star Meri Brown can't hold back her tears after fulfilling her lifelong dream of visiting Stonehenge

On the show, Meri Brown will be seen making her first solo trip and the place is England. In the exclusive preview for Sister Wives season 19 episode 12, she visits London and captures her trip through her phone.

Through her selfie videos, she dons a smile while standing in front of landmarks, including Big Ben, King's Cross Station, and Buckingham Palace.

"I have never been to London before. This is, seriously, just kind of a defining moment. I mean, the world is my oyster!" she says in her confessional.

Meri shares a snippet from her day three in London and reacts in the video that the trip has been "amazing" and she has seen "so many amazing places". She then expresses in her confessional that making the solo trip has made her feel "empowering".

The Sister Wives star's happy smile turns into a tearful one when she visits Stonehenge. The landmark is a prehistoric monument in England with a circle of massive standing stones dating back over 4,500 years.

Meri’s voice trembles in her self-made video as she fights back tears, overwhelmed with emotion after achieving her lifelong dream. In the video, she shares her disbelief, saying she never imagined she’d actually get the chance to visit the place.

The Sister Wives cast member adds that visiting Stonehenge is something that she has wanted to do. She further mentions that the fact that she has been able to achieve it is incredible.

"I literally cannot believe I'm here. Gosh, it's just something that I've wanted to do for, probably, the majority of my life. So actually being here right now, it's kind of blowing my mind," she says in the clip as she wipes away tears.

In her confessional, she reveals that Stonehenge has fascinated her for years. Watching a late-night program once about the site only made her even more intrigued to visit.

"Stonehenge has fascinated me for years and years and years, I remember one night staying up late watching this documentary about Stonehenge and it made me even that much more fascinated," she adds in her confessional.

In her selfie video, Meri highlights that she is "truly in awe" of Stonehenge and finds it hard to put her emotions into words.

She later shares in her confessional that she feels free taking the trip after splitting up with Kody Brown. She clarifies that she hasn’t felt forced to stay in the relationship or trapped, but she is still amazed by the sense of liberation it has brought her.

"It was really interesting, because after we made the decision to split, I feel free. Not in a way that i felt like I was being forced to stay, and I didn't feel stuck, necessarily, but it's interesting how free I feel," she says in her confessional.
