The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 episode 7 premiered on December 11. In the episode, Caleb and Aria, both given ultimatums by their original partners, shared that their trial marriage with each other helped them identify the reasons they weren’t ready for a real marriage.
Aria further shared that if she and Caleb were to get married for real then they would make a "great couple." She explained how her trial husband made her feel "seen" and "enough."
"Caleb, if you and I were married, I think that we'd make a great couple because you just really made me feel seen, just me truly, like, transparently me and made me feel enough. You are a committed partner, and I think you're going to make a great husband one day," she said.

The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 episode 7 kicked off the Change Over phase where the singles had to get back with their original partner and live together as a couple.
Before The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On contestants started their new phase, they gathered around the round table to reflect on their trial marriage. They discussed the things they learned from it that they wanted to apply in their original relationship.
Caleb who came onto the show with Mariah entered into a trial marriage with Aria after establishing a transparent relationship with the fellow contestant. During the Change Over segment in The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3, episode 7, he expressed his appreciation for his former partner, Mariah, acknowledging her readiness for marriage.
However, he admitted to being unsure about his own reasons for wanting to get married and recognized the need to address and work through that aspect of his life.
"I just took a moment and realized, like, 'How long am I gonna be mad at my partner for bringing me here?' 'How long am I gonna resent this whole process?' 'I'm here. Am I up for the challenge?' 'What is it that's holding me back?' So I decided to step into it. And it actually worked out," he continued.
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star further revealed that he wasn't planning on pursuing his trial wife "romantically" or putting on a "facade" of who he wanted Aria to think he was.
Caleb shared how this approach allowed him and his trial wife to be authentic and build a strong relationship. He emphasized that in a relationship, a partner should be one's closest friend, highlighting that friendship formed the foundation of his connection with Aria.
Meanwhile, Aria chimed in that being with Caleb helped her recognize the reasons why she wasn't ready for marriage.
"The difference with you and Scotty is how calm you are. You are just truly very patient and really good at listening. I know sometimes my emotions can be a lot, and I feel like you're able to calm the storm. And… his middle name is Storm," she continued
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star added that she had a guilt where she didn't want to "overstep with Mariah," even though she wasn't in a relationship with Caleb anymore.
Aria, however, added that she believed they would make a great couple if the two contestants got married. She shared how he was a "committed partner" and praised him by saying that he would make a great husband one day.
Hearing the connection between the two, Mariah wanted to gauge where Aria and Caleb currently stood in the relationship. The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 contestants asked Aria if she could see herself pursuing Caleb more than this "friendship" they had developed.
"Obviously, I came here with Scotty, and I love Scotty so much, but with Caleb, it's more so the qualities that he has, I want," Aria answered.
