Outlast Season 2 released its finale episodes on September 11 on Netflix, and with that, the show got its winner, Team Bravo. In the final episodes of the show, only two teams were left, Delta Camp and Bravo Camp.

The show started with 16 players who were divided into four teams, Alpha, Delta, Bravo, and Charlie. Alpha and Charlie's camp was dissolved by the end of episode 4 of Outlast season 2.

Joey, the last member of Charlie's camp joined Delta camp, therefore Delta had 5 members by the end of episode 6. Bravo, on the other hand, was left with only 3 members by the end of episode 6. Emily flared out because she got exhausted and found herself caught in between the river on her way back, from the expedition to secure resources.

In the final episodes 7 and 8, Delta and Bravo camp were headed to complete the last chase in the Alaskan wilderness. As the end neared in Outlast, Drew, and Drake from Team Bravo made it to the last and won one million dollars. Team Delta could not finish the task on time and lost.

Tina was shattered as she found herself guilty of not completing the task. But the team stood strong and finished the task. Eric applauded everyone and expressed that they were more than a team. Before finally leaving, Eric expressed:

"We have carried each other on our shoulders out here. We've suffered. We've laughed. We've had our good times, bad times. We've argued. We bonded unlike, I mean, any bond I have had in a long time. We surpassed friendship, I mean, we are a family."

How did the finale of Outlast Season 2 turn out for Camp Delta?

In the last episode of the Outlast season 2, Team Delta was left with 5 members, Joey, Brendon, Eric, Joseph, and Tina. They outnumbered Team Bravo and were confident about their last challenge, which was to take an 11km trip, full of unseen challenges and obstacles. Both the teams were provided with a map and a compass to help them in their route.

The paths for both teams were different and posed different hindrances along the way. The first team that crosses all the hurdles to reach the destination point would be the winner of Outlast season 2.

Team Delta had a straightforward journey in its initial phase but encountered swampy mud land, which slowed them down. However, despite their slower pace, they were the first to reach their waypoint.

Tina was not doing very well physically as her body was exhausted and that made her pace slow. Team Delta had to pull back and wait for Tina and Joseph in the middle so that they catch up. Brendon played like a true team member and took it upon himself to apologize to the team for starting at a fast pace in the beginning.

As they had to start their downhill, the team decided to slow their pace. The whole team cheered Tina and told her they were there for her. Team Bravo, on the other hand, struggled their way out wooded forest, and made it to the point after crossing the river, which they thought was the finish line.

But there was a box with a message. There was another challenge, to light up the flare using a bow drill kit. The team to light up the fire will win the prize. Team Bravo started their challenge and worked on how to create fire via friction.

Meanwhile, Team Delta was closing to their last and final challenge, Tina was tired and was having a hard time making it forward. Team Bravo was successful in lighting the fire, and Team Delta could not make it there on time. But the team did not lose their spirit and decided to finish the challenge by lighting the fire, even after losing the Outlast season 2.
