The coveted season 6 of Love Island USA has ended, with the finale episode released on Sunday, July 19. It was a wholesome end to a popular season as fans saw Serena and Kordell take home the title. Fan's liking for the couple was apparent in their social media posts, which also reflected in the way they voted.
After Serena and Kordell won season 6 of Love Island USA, Ariana Madix, the Vanderpump Rules alumni and the host of the season, interviewed the winning couple. She asked them about their romantic moments on the show, their experiences with each other, and future plans. When Ariana asked them what they'd be doing in the next segment after Love Island USA, Serena said:
"We will be ripping the streets, like, amusement parks, dinner, Japan...We'll be all over the world".

In an interview with Ariana Madix, the winning duo excitedly shared their plans for the future. Their contagious energy got Ariana excited as well. She first asked them what were they going to do as soon as they went out in the real world. Serena said:
"I definitely would say like family time and just like quality time".
She recollected family day on the show and reminisced how nervous she was to meet Kordell's family and to see what her family had to say about him. She also mentioned the jokes the two of them cracked with her brother and emphasized the importance of family for them as a couple.
Ariana then asked what will they be up to after Love Island USA. Serena said that they would have a good time by going to amusement parks, dinners, and Japan, which excited Ariana. They also shared that they might start a small vlogging channel.
Kordell added to this and mentioned "cooking", which Serena confirmed. Ariana asked them if they were a "cooking duo", they affirmed it and said that was because they were both from the south.

Serena also talked about what she learned on her Love Island USA journey. She said she learned to be more vulnerable and to open up to people and that before the show, these things weren't so easy for her.
Kordell said he surprised himself by liking someone so much in such a short time. He added that he also wasn't going to lie about the fact that he liked Serena from day one. Serena replied that she liked that Kordell stuck to her when she was reluctant to jump into their relationship.
