Lisa Barlow made a guest appearance on Sold on SLC, where she enlisted Presidio Real Estate agent Sarah Martindale to help find her new dream home. During the tour, Barlow expressed dissatisfaction with the property and outlined her specific requirements for her perfect house, setting high expectations for the search.

After hearing Barlow’s lengthy list of demands, Martindale admitted that building a custom home would be their only viable option. Barlow agreed and said:

"I just think we want more. Once you see more, you want more."

Sold on SLC premiered on December 4 and introduced Presidio Real Estate agents focused on pursuing lucrative commissions from Salt Lake City properties in a booming housing market.

Sold on SLC guest Lisa Barlow has a long list of "important" demands for her house

During the premier episode of Sold on SLC, RHOSLC star Lisa Barlow met realtor Sarah Martindale, at her potential future home, which was listed for $3,699,000.

Martindale revealed in her confessional that Barlow was confused about buying or building a home. Regardless, she added that this was a huge opportunity for her as it involved "a lot of money."

"Lisa, she's not sure between buying a home or building a house. Honestly, this is a huge opportunity for me because we're talking about a lot of money," Martindale said in her confessional.

After looking at the Sold on SLC listing, Barlow expressed that while she felt that the home was beautiful, she had some complaints and believed that the closets were small and the ceilings were low.

The RHOSLC star went on to list down all the demands that would make up her ideal dream house.

"You know, things that are really important to me is like, we have to be able to have a pool, we have to have a great driveway ... dry sauna, we have to have a guest house," Barlow told the Sold on SLC realtor.

Barlow added that she wanted a salon in her house, a spray tan station because she gets sprayed a lot, red light therapy, and a little mailroom where her "packages can come in with a computer". She further empathized that all these things were "important" to her.

Taking the long list of demands into account, Martindale advised the RHOSLC star to build a house. She added that they wouldn't be continuing their search for any property as no house had everything that she needed.

Lisa Barlow and Sarah Martindale talk about working with each other

During the premiere episode, Martindale shared that a past client referred her to Barlow and they "literally connected right away."

Barlow also shared her thoughts on working with Martindale on Sold on SLC. On The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show season 5 episode 6, she said that her "friend Sara and her husband Chris" were "amazing real estate agents".

The RHOSLC star further shared that after deciding on rather building her house her new dream home was underway.

"We're building a home. Our house right now is cold modern, and the new house we're doing is very clean lines, 90-degree angles only. Nothing can be, like, rounded. I don't want arches. Very, very warm. John [Barlow] wants concrete floors, so I think that will be the coldest part of the house," she continued.

Barlow added that she had a conversation with her architect about building a 2,000-square-foot closet for her, so she could have a room behind her closet where she could put all her "fur coats and everything."
