During their debut on My 600-Lb Life, the Assanti brothers took various approaches to their weight loss adventures. Justin, on the other hand, was more reserved during the performance and did a better job sticking to his weight-loss plan. He eventually qualified for bariatric surgery and reported shedding 200 pounds following the treatment. Justin's weight once exceeded 600 pounds but made significant progress since then.
