House of Villains season 2 premiered on October 9, 2024, at 10 pm ET on E!. The show features 10 notorious reality TV villains competing for the title of America's Ultimate Supervillain and a $200,000 prize. Hosted by comedian Joel McHale, the contestants use manipulation and strategy to outlast each other.
The villains of this season have previously participated in a variety of mainstream reality TV programs, including RuPaul's Drag Race, The Challenge, Real Housewives of New Jersey, and Big Brother. As they compete for the top tier of the villain hierarchy, fans can expect a lot of drama, strategy, and exciting moments.
What happened in the premiere of House of Villains?
In the first episode of House of Villains season 2, 10 new villains made their appearance. Some of the most well-known personalities from reality television have participated in the show, including Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey, Richard Hatch from Survivor, and Tiffany "New York" Pollard from Flavour of Love.
The other cast members are Larissa Lima from 90 Day Fiancé, Wes Bergmann from The Challenge, and Kandy Muse from RuPaul's Drag Race.
Tensions increased as alliances were formed and the villains entered the house. Teresa Giudice made an unforgettable entry, establishing her presence right away by forming bonds with members of the ensemble, notably Richard Hatch, with whom she had a history of legal issues.
As the group got situated, the first objective was revealed: a Battle Royale in which the antagonists had to escape a series of cells while wearing orange prison jumpsuits.
For the challenge, the villains were divided into two teams, and each squad had to kick through walls and figure out puzzles. The Black Team, consisting of Mr. Pectacular, New York, Richard, Camilla, and Victoria, managed to secure the victory.
During the challenge, a twist was introduced—each cell contained an “F You Lever,” which guaranteed immunity for any player who pulled it but added a penalty for their team. Tiffany Pollard pulled the lever, securing her safety but putting her team at a disadvantage. However, despite this, the Black Team still triumphed.
Safaree from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta was named the Supervillain of the Week, granting him the power to nominate three players for elimination. In a shocking move, Safaree nominated Victoria Larson, Larissa Lima, and Kandy Muse, setting the stage for intense confrontations and alliances to form as the season progresses.
