Big Brother season 26, which streams on CBS, has brought in artificial intelligence as a crucial element in the show. The show has included new elements, including BB AI Arena, which gives the winning contestant a secret power.

America nominated Quinn Martin to compete in the BB AI Arena, and things seemed to be working out for him. He could still take over the HoH competition and knock out his opponents. However, Quinn missed the chance to use Angela Murray as a pawn when she won her second 'Head of Household' in Big Brother.

One of his biggest rivals was now safe for the week, but that didn't stop him. He used his power to control her nominations and then chose Tucker Lauriers, Makensy Manbeck, and Cedric Hodges to be evicted.

The power play: Quinn’s control over nominations in Big Brother

Quinn had the power to control the nominations in Big Brother without even winning the Head of Household competition. After surviving in the AI Arena competition, he decided to use this opportunity and make the best out of it by putting his rivals into the nomination bucket.

Even though Angela was on his list to evict, he couldn't choose her because she won the HoH competition, so she was safe for the week. He went ahead with the next ones on his target list as he nominated Tucker Lauriers, Makensy Manbeck, and Cedric Hodges. These are some of the strong contestants who could pose a threat to Quinn in future episodes.

But this plan also didn't go as planned because Tucker won the veto competition in episode 12 of Big Brother. Tucker was now safe for the rest of the week. Now, the two people he wanted to target the most, Angela and Tucker, were safe. This made Quinn worry about his strategy.

The Fallout: Quinn’s struggle to salvage his game on Big Brother

Over the course of the week, Quinn's plan was not working anymore. His first plan to go after Tucker didn't work, so now he had to come up with a different strategy. To stir up things further, Quinn thought about putting Rubina Bernabe up for eviction.

This move was meant to weaken Tucker's position by getting rid of one of his allies, and it could also disrupt Tucker's influence in the house. But this plan also had some risks. Putting Rubina on the block could make Quinn's allies even less likely to support him, showing him as a major threat.

If someone outside of his Pentagon group (Quinn, Cedric, Cam Sullivan-Brown, Chelsie Baham, and Brooklyn Rivera) wins the HoH, Quinn will definitely be targeted. Also, because of his gameplay over the weeks, the rest of the houseguests will nominate him for eviction.

This power, which was seen as a game-winning advantage, was now putting Quinn's position in the house at risk. This gameplay strategy has turned all the other houseguests against him, and that could also be the reason why fans voted for him to play in the AI Arena competition. The next big twist will be revealed after the next AI Arena competition.

Episodes of Big Brother air on CBS on Sundays at 9 pm ET, as well as on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 pm ET.
