Caleb proposed to Maddie at a stunning lookout point, creating an unforgettable moment for them. Although Maddie was raised in a polygamous household, the couple has chosen to pursue a monogamous marriage instead.

With their three children, Axel, Evie, and Josephine, they currently reside in North Carolina, where Caleb works as a lift mechanic.

Born on November 3, 1995, Maddie Brown is the daughter of Kody and Janelle Brown. On June 5, 2016, they revealed their engagement tale to PEOPLE, which emphasized the moments leading up to the event. In September 2015, Maddie accepted Caleb's proposal, and less than a year later, they were married.

The Brown family considered their Montana wedding to be a momentous occasion, and Maddie had been posting updates about their preparations on social media in the days before the ceremony. Over time, the couple has kept up a solid relationship and hasn’t stopped updating their fans on their lives.

The Brush family and life after Sister Wives

Maddie and Caleb began their family after being married. Axel, their first son, was born in May 2017, and Evangalynn "Evie" Kodi, their daughter, was born in August 2019. Josephine, their third child, was welcomed into the world in February 2023.

Maddie has maintained ties to her family of Sister Wives even after exiting the regular cast. The couple has opted to raise their kids away from the cameras as Maddie pursues her profession as a social media influencer and moved to North Carolina, away from the spotlight.

Maddie's career as an influencer

The 28-year-old Maddie Brush made a smooth transition to a successful profession as an influencer. Maddie interacts with fans, shares family & Sister Wives experiences on her over 650k follower Instagram profile, and promotes different goods.

Her Instagram feed frequently includes sponsored content, self-care advice, and updates on her husband and kids. Being an influencer gives Maddie freedom, enabling her to focus on being a full-time mother while simultaneously earning money through collaborations on social media.

On September 22, 2024, she announced a passion project called Taeda Farms on Instagram, along with her husband and mother Janelle. The bio for the Taeda Farms reads, "Flower Farm in the works."

Caleb Brush’s job

Maddie's spouse, Caleb Brush, is an apprentice lift mechanic. Caleb's profession required the family to relocate to North Carolina in July 2016.

In January 2023, Maddie revealed in an Instagram Q&A that Caleb has less than a year to go before he is a full-fledged mechanic. He primarily works in the lift industry, and Maddie and Caleb have suggested growing their family in the future. Maddie even posted on Instagram in January 2023 that "four babies seem to fit."

Family dynamics and relationship with the Browns

Despite their disengagement from the daily drama on Sister Wives, Maddie, and Caleb continue to appear sometimes in the saga of the Brown family. There has been tension in Maddie's relationship with her father, Kody Brown, particularly after the COVID-19 epidemic.

She does, however, still have close ties to Christine Brown's side of the family as well as her mother, Janelle. In October 2023, Maddie shared pictures of their family celebrating Christine Brown's marriage to David Woolley, and Caleb was seen there as well.

Maddie’s journey through grief and healing

Maddie has been transparent about her challenges on social media in addition to posting happy times. Maddie Brown has been open about her grieving process since the loss of her brother in March 2024.

She talked about her anguish and fury in an Instagram post in April 2024, saying that she is processing them while also attempting to find thankfulness in the challenging times in life. Maddie noted that embracing gratitude doesn't mean ignoring the bad parts but allowing oneself to appreciate a full range of experiences.
