90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode 5 will be released on September 29, on TLC. The spin-off series covers the journey of couples that live in different parts of the world. These couples met online and planned to meet each other for the first time during the show. Upon their face-to-face meeting, they decide if they want to take their relationship further and get married or end it.

Loren and Faith will be the focus of episode 5. During the last episode, Loren opened up about his financial difficulties to his girlfriend. Nevada native will drop another important detail about his life.

In a sneak peek acquired by People on September 27, Loren, and Faith are seen having a good time in the water talking about the Philippines' famous mermaid Dyesebel. Loren compliments Faith on her beauty and says that she is the kind of person he dreams of being with.

After, coming out of the water, Loren tells Faith that they "can't kiss" and goes on to reveal that he has gonorrhea.

"So, we can't kiss... Well, I have gonorrhea... It's a sexually transmitted disease.," Loren tells Faith.
