Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 premiered on October 7, 2024, on Bravo. Most of the cast members returned for the fifth season including Captain Glenn Shephard and Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher.

Chief Engineer Colin MacRae, however, has left the show and won't be returning for the recent charter season. He is currently focusing on his YouTube channel, Parlay Revival, where he shares his adventures through weekly videos.

This Below Deck spin-off follows the crew as they handle demanding charter guests while cruising the crystal-clear waters of Corfu, Greece. The Bravo show also dives into the crew's personal lives and the drama that unfolds aboard the 180-foot sailing yacht, Parsifal III.

While Colin MacRae left Below Deck Sailing Yacht and his work on the luxury sailing yacht Parsifal III, he still spends his time on shore and shares his weekly adventurers on his YouTube channel

Through his weekly YouTube videos, he and his friend "work tirelessly" to fix and get his hurricane-damaged boat ready for sail. He also shares his "adventures throughout the Caribbean and on towards the Pacific". The description of his YouTube channel reads:

"After working on super yachts as a chief engineer, I spend my life savings on a Lagoon 450 catamaran, damaged by Hurricane Irma. With no experience with Fibreglass whatsoever, me and a friend work tirelessly to get her ready to sail through the Caribbean."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht alum Colin MacRae shares his post-show life on Instagram (@parlayrevival_colin), with over 527K followers. He also posts snippets from his YouTube videos to promote his adventures.

Colin recently posted a carousel on September 30, where he reflected back on his 6-year journey with his "hurricane-damaged catamaran".

In the caption of the post, he wrote that he and his friend bought a hurricane-damaged catamaran six years ago to do surf charters in Costa Rica. After receiving moderate success on his YouTube channel he 'decided to continue sailing past Costa Rica and beyond to see what this world has to offer, by boat." Below Deck Sailing Yacht alum further added:

"Well, sailing to Fiji was everything that I had dreamt of, and more. World class waves and crystal clear waters surrounded by beautiful people. We have made a video of this week on YouTube. Go check it out at Sailing Parlay Revival. The crew smiles are contagious."

Colin MacRae still maintains a good relationship with Below Deck Sailing Yacht Captain Glenn Shephard. In his September 8 Instagram post, Colin announced that he would be joining the Annapolis sailboat show alongside Shephard from October 10 to 14. He wrote in the caption:

"We are both coming to Annapolis sailboat show! Dates are 10th - 14th of October. We are also hosting the international cruisers awards so we will let you know when tickets are available for that. Use Colin’s code PARREV24 or Glenn’s code CAPTGLENN24 to get discounted show tickets, depending on who you love more."

Daisy referred to him as "dead weight" in the season trailer. The Chief Stew said in an interview with E! News on October 2, that the comment was meant to be a joke. She further shared that she received a text message from Colin reacting to it and he understood the humor behind the comment.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 episodes will air every Monday on Bravo.
