Dance Moms: A New Era premiered on Hulu on August 7, featuring Glo Hampton as the new dance instructor. In episode 2, Glo revealed she had been seeing a medium to connect with her stillborn son and shared that he was with her shortly before she had her daughter, Kaeli.

Several episodes of the coveted show Dance Mom saw Kaeli Ware alongside her mom Glo Hampton, performing and aspiring to become a dancer. Kaeli was still a kid at the time. Because of the influence of her dancing mom, she began dancing before she was 2 years old.

According to Distractify, Kaeli joined Ballet West, an American Ballet company in Utah, as a dancer, in 2022. However, her profile has been removed from their website ever since. This made many speculate that she had left the company. However, an Instagram post made by Kaeli in March 2024, confirmed that she was still associated with the organization.
The post was a thread of pictures from Ballet West, dressed in ballet outfits and posing with her co-dancers. She also has a YouTube channel where she posts videos of her dance performances that are choreographed by her.
In July 2024, Kaeli shared an Instagram post about her foot surgery for something that had been bothering her since she was 14. Sharing details on her injury, she explained that it was a ligament problem.
Following this, she has taken a break from dancing is what she said in the post. It read:
"I haven’t danced in four months, and have to take this next season off, making it the longest I’ve gone without dancing since I was 18 months old".
She continued:
"I think this is going to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through, but I know that my chances of success are 100 percent greater than they would be if I didn’t get the surgery. I can’t wait to come back stronger than ever".
