Emma is the founder of a plant-based, vegan food brand, Emma-Leigh & Co. She describes herself as CEO/Founder, Entrepreneur & Angel investor. She has mentioned that she has the zeal to move forward with this food business from the family; for her, it is like returning to her roots.
Her grandfather, Gerry McAdams, founded Yankee Trader Seafood in 1994. She took inspiration from him to start a plant-based seafood venture.
