Love is Blind season 7 premiered on October 2, 2024, on Netflix. It introduced a new batch of American singles looking to find love beyond physical appearance.

The previous seasons of Love is Blind featured singles from cities like Dallas, Seattle, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Charlotte. Season 7, however, shifted its focus to Washington, D.C., with contestants hailing from the nation's capital. Most of the scenes from episodes 7 to 12 were filmed throughout the city.

The initial episodes that took place inside the pods were filmed at LA North Studios in Santa Clarita, California. The honeymoon episodes that came after were shot at San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, as reported by The Washington Post.

Pods and Honeymoon (episode 1-6)

While Love is Blind season 7 contestants might be from Washington, D.C., the pods and the lounge segment in the first few episodes were filmed at LA North Studios in Santa Clarita, California.

The male and female contestants had separate lounge areas, ensuring they couldn’t see each other before getting engaged. All pods in the men's lounge were aligned in a row, directly parallel to the pods in the women's lounge. From these side-by-side pods, contestants could talk and even exchange gifts, though they still couldn’t see one another.

After 10 days of conversation with potential suitors, the singles mutually decided on getting engaged. They were taken to a common area where the engaged couples could meet their respective partner face-to-face for the first time.

After getting engaged, the couples then flew to their honeymoon location to learn more about their future life partner. Season 7 of Love is Blind took the couple on a romantic getaway in the Viceroy Los Cabos in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico.

Apartments and Wedding venues (episodes 7-12)

After enjoying their time in Mexico, the engaged couples on Love is Blind season 7 decided to live together in Washington, D.C. They were moved into a building called the Rixey/Placemakr Marymount Ballston on North Glebe Road in Ballston.

This building is not specifically in the DC but outside it in Arlington’s Ballston neighborhood. It offers apartments to students, short-term rentals, and hotel stays. Its website describes its facilities as:

Two weddings took place at the end of the season. Ashley and Tyler were the first couple to get married and their ceremony was filmed at Stone Tower Winery, located at 19925 Hogback Mountain Rd., Leesburg.

Taylor and Garrett got married at Great Marsh Estate located at 6105 Great Marsh Pl., Bealeton, Va. The couple took their vows on the grand lawn, a Georgian-style wedding venue in Bealeton, Fauquier County.

According to The Washington Post, owner of Serendipity Catering, Jessica Brose, had already confirmed that the house would be featured on the show before the wedding aired in the final episode released on October 23.
