With season 6 of the much-awaited show Love Island USA dropping on June 11, fans are curious about where they will be vicariously traveling through the show. This time, the contestants will find themselves enjoying the summer in Fiji.

Apart from setting up individuals, Love Island is known for its stunning locations and the visually appealing decor that adds to the gripping plotline. The show started off with its first season in Fiji and didn't return there until season five. Seasons two, three, and four were shot in Las Vegas, Hawaii, and Santa Barbara, respectively.

Even though the makers decided to come back to the scenic Mamanuca group of islands in Fiji once again, they didn't use the same old location. Instead, they rebuilt the villa for all 10 islanders to find love in.

The Fijian villa will initially accommodate 10 original islanders who will kick off the show by pairing with others. The hunt to find one's true love and win the game will intensify as new bombshells are introduced to the mix.

Specifically designed for the format of the show, the new custom-built villa is two stories tall with ample space for socializing and assemblies. It was built by more than 50 locals, who followed production designer Richard Jensen's lead and transformed the villa, adding to the allure of the already heavenly location.

Located on the Mamanuca Islands of Fiji, the villa overlooks the ocean and is spread over 50,000 square feet. The contestants will arrive at their temporary humble abode on boats.

The brand-new villa also features two pools, one for laps and the other for seating. It also boasts 19 miles of fairy lights and four miles of neon lights. The design team not only went all out on the interior of the main house, but they also set up the confessional booth on the beach. It was the first time such a feat was achieved throughout the history of the show worldwide, according to Peacock.

A 'Hideaway Section' is also a defining addition, which only a select few couples will be permitted to use. The hot tub in this part of the house is a perk for anyone who gets to spend time in it.

Apart from the pool, the villa also has indoor games such as ping pong. The most-used extensive lounge area is a perfect place to unwind, chat, and relax when the islanders don't have other things to attend to. The space also houses several small coves designed specifically for private chats, such as swings and couches.
