The Bachelorette season 21 was filmed at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in California
The Bachelorette season 21's Hummingbird Nest Ranch is located in a private space in Santa Susana, Simi Valley, California. In comparison to the Villa de la Vina, the Hummingbird Nest Ranch consists of a 17,000-square-foot villa and 20,000 square feet of outdoor space. It also has 10,000 square feet of indoor space with a historical "Spanish Colonial architecture." The official website describes the villa as a historical place filled with culture and art.
"It has many varied looks from rural to luxurious consisting of a Spanish Colonial Villa; 1920's brick ranch house; historic cottage; four furnished guest houses; expansive horse barn complete with an aqua blue lake; five manicured grass fields; private paved roads; varied rural dirt roads and trails; breath-taking rocky terrain; natural grassy slopes; sweeping vistas and much more."
The new filming location consists of a sitting bull with a pool, courtyard, ranch house, guest house, and warehouse alongside vineyard landscapes. Fans will see more of these spots and their beautiful shots in the upcoming episodes. Viewers will see who Jenn goes on a date within the next episode, as she has expressed her excitement over the beautiful location.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight on March 29, 2024, Jenn shared that a new filming location to start her journey was a good decision. The Bachelorette season 21 star believes the Hummingbird Nest Ranch would bring "good vibes" to her during the process, she said:
"I feel like a new mansion is the perfect way to break the mold... I'm gonna bless it with some really good vibes."
The 130-acre property is near Burbank, Santa Clarita, and West LA. The distance from the studios is 40 minutes.
