Too Hot To Handle season 6 episodes 1 to 4 came out on July 19. Episode 4 revealed that a lot of money had been deducted from the quarter of a million-dollar prize fund.
On this Netflix show, an AI assistant Lana makes sure all players are following her rules to develop an emotional connection with their love match. However, many contestants gave in to temptation and broke the rules, which is why the cast members were fined. By the end of episode 4, the prize fund was decreased to $193,000 after Demari was sent on a date with a new guest, Valentina.
Demari's connection with Bri was going strong, which is why it was put to the test. As per Lana's rules, a kiss costs $6000. In episode 3, the Too Hot to Handle cast lost $30,000 and the prize fund was at $199,000. After Demari's kiss, $6000 was deducted from the remaining $199,000.

On Too Hot to Handle season 6 episode 3, the total money deducted was $30,000. This was after Katherine and Louis broke three rules and made out in the retreat, which cost them $18,000. Cast members Flavia and Joao kissed during the golden hour and they were fined $6000. Meanwhile, Lucy kissed Charli, and another $6000 was deducted from the prize fund.
Following the show rules and format, since episode 1, players who have kissed were charged $6000. In episode 4, Demari is sent on a date with a new retreat guest, Valentina. As fans already know, Demari and Bri were establishing an emotional connection gradually and had decided not to break any rules.
During his confessional interview, Demari admitted that the temptation test was difficult for him, as Valentina was his perfect type. Despite having an ongoing connection with Bri, he wanted to see where his bond with Valentina heads, he said,
"It's gonna be hard for me to stay focused but I'm gonna try and we'll see how that goes. Valentina is literally everything that I on paper would want. I do have Bri in my mind, but this is gonna be a huge test for me."
However, Demari was frustrated he couldn't pursue a physical connection with someone. When he saw Valentina, he realized she was exactly his type. Lana sent him on a date to test his bond with Bri and see if he could resist the temptation. The cast member failed the test after he extended his date with Valentina and couldn't decide if Bri should be let out of the banishment quarters.
