NBC will release America's Got Talent season 19 quarterfinals 2 on August 20, 2024. Fans can watch the quarterfinals 2 episode live on the NBC channel and stream the very next day on Peacock. The AGT episode will also be available to stream on-demand via FuboTV and DIRECTV Stream.

The official synopsis of the quarterfinal episode is as follows:

"Eleven acts take the stage live and for the first time, a Live Show Golden Buzzer will send one act directly to the Finals. America can vote for their two favorite acts to advance to the Semi-finals by using the "AGT" App or going to NBC.com."

The list of contestants for the quarterfinals 2 is not known yet. Sofia Vergara was assigned the golden buzzer for the first quarterfinals, and this week's golden buzzer could be given to any of the remaining three judges.

In any case, out of eleven contestants performing this week, only four will go ahead in the competition. One contestant could receive the golden buzzer and move straight to the finals, while the fates of the other three will be decided by America's votes.
