America's Got Talent season 19 wrapped up its last quarterfinal round on September 4. Attention now turns to the upcoming semi-finals, which will air on Wednesday, September 11, and Thursday, September 12 at 8/7c on NBC. The semi-final episodes will be available on Peacock the next day after their NBC broadcast.

The semi-finals will have 12 acts selected from all four quarterfinals, with only 6 advancing to the finale. In the quarterfinal 4 results, which aired on September 4, Sebastian and Sonia, the aerial duo, won the Golden Buzzer awarded by Simon Cowell. Additionally, three contestants—Pranysqa Mishra, Brent Street, and Solange Kardinaly—were chosen by America's vote to advance to the semi-finals.

The official synopsis of episode 17, semi-finals reads:

"Twelve acts take the stage live at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium for a chance to compete in the finale; America can vote for their six favourite acts to advance to the finale by using the AGT app or going to NBC.com."

Who got selected in quarterfinals 4 of America's Got Talent?

As per tradition, four acts were chosen from the last round of quarterfinals, which aired on September 4, 2024, on NBC. The aerial duo Sebastian and Sonia advanced to the semi-finals with Simon Cowell's Golden Buzzer. The duo met with an unfortunate incident where Sonia injured her arm and Sebastian had to perform alone. But the couple created history by winning the Golden Buzzer.

The rest of the three acts that advanced to the semi-finals with America's vote were 10-year-old Tampa resident Pranysqa Mishra who stunned the judges with her potential and tender age. She was awarded Golden Buzzer by Heidi Klum in the audition round of America's Got Talent.

Additionally, Brent Street left judges in awe with their mesmerizing performance and surely won America's heart too.

The fourth act to make it to the semi-finals was Solange Kardinaly's quick change, which made the judge sure that she would be performing in the semi-finals by getting America's vote.
