The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On is a Netflix reality TV series in which couples part ways to enter into a trial marriage with one of their fellow cast members. In this experiment, the trial marriage gives each couple clarity on their connection.
Toward the end of the season, cast members are given three options: get engaged to their original partner, get together with their trial partner, or leave the show single. The show synopsis mentions:

Madlyn and Colby
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On cast members Madlyn and Colby entered into a trial marriage with Randall and April, respectively. Madlyn formed a strong, meaningful connection with Randall, but Colby felt a platonic bond with April.
Despite the problems in their relationship, Madlyn said yes to Colby's proposal, and the couple welcomed their daughter, Josephine Riley, in May 2022. As of September 2024, they both welcomed their son Conrad Lloyd Kissinger.
Shanique and Randall
Shanique and Randall got engaged towards the end of season 1. Shanique was in a trial marriage with Zay; meanwhile, Randall was with Madlyn. However, they both decided to take a step back in their relationship after the filming wrapped up. The pair were still living together after they ended their engagement. In July 2023, Randall proposed once again, and Shanique said yes.
Alexis and Hunter
In season 1, Alexis was the one who gave Hunter the ultimatum for marriage. The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On couple decided that they didn't want to part ways and get into a trial marriage with someone else. In June 2022, the two cast members got married to each other.
Lauren and Nathan
Nathan wanted to start a family and get married, but Lauren wasn't sure about this decision. This is why Nathan filed an ultimatum for Lauren. The pair soon got engaged when Nathan proposed. They welcomed their baby to their family in June 2024.

Roxanne and Antonio
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 2 couple Roxanne and Antonio wanted to clear their doubts regarding their connection. Antonio insisted on getting married, but Roxanne was unclear about their future. After Antonio issued the ultimatum, he went into a trial marriage with Kat, while Roxanne went with Alex.
Fast forward to the end of the season, Roxanne and Antonio got engaged. The duo got married in October 2024.
Kat and Alex
Kat was ready to start a new chapter of her life and was looking forward to marriage. Alex, on the other hand, wanted more time to think through this decision as he believed they both had to work on their weaknesses to continue their relationship. Alex proposed to Kat in the finale episode, and the pair got married in May 2024.
Riah and Trey
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star Trey wanted a marriage similar to his parents and was looking forward to starting a family together. Riah was unsure that they were ready for this next step. Upon issuing the Ultimatum, Trey established a strong connection with Ryann during the trial marriage period.
He then proposed to Riah, and she accepted despite questioning Trey's bond with Ryann. Riah and Trey are about to get married in early 2025.
Ryann and James
Ryann and James were high school sweethearts and had been together with each other for seven years. Ryann realized that they had dated since 16, and now was the time to get married as she wanted to see if James was sure of her. In the reunion, James ended up proposing, and the couple got married in 2023.
Lisa and Brian
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On couple fell for each other after being friends with benefits. Lisa wanted to get married as she was confident in her connection with Brian. The pair got engaged in May 2024.
Season 3
Mariah and Caleb
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 couple Mariah and Caleb got engaged in the finale episode. Mariah shared that she had learned how to communicate better with her partner through this experiment. At the reunion, they also announced their plans to marry in 2026.
Chanel and Micah
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On cast members didn't attend the reunion but are happily together as they often post each other on their Instagram accounts.
Vanessa and Dave
They left the reality TV series early, but since then, they have been engaged to each other and moved in together. Vanessa told Tudum by Netflix on December 18, 2024, that she and Dave got clarity on their relationship, which strengthened their bond.
