Beast Games season 1 episode 7, titled, The Elimination Train aired on January 23, 2025, and picked up from last week's cliffhanger ending. The Physical challenge continued and representatives of the Orange and Pink teams continued to hang to decide their futures in the game.

Austin, player 435 and Michael, player 453 crossed the one-minute mark, however, at 1 minute and 40 seconds, player 803 from the Orange Team let go which resulted in the elimination of the whole team. Team Pink became the winner and eight of them made it to the next round of Beast Games.

"I can deal with losing. The hardest part is other people losing on my behalf. Its like taking someone's dreams and crushing them," Austen told the cameras.

"I would have made it longer"— Player 803 reflects upon player 435's performance in the Dead Hang Challenge in Beast Games episode 7

Beast Games' physical challenge started in episode 6 which aired on January 16, 2025, after the host informed the remaining contestants that they could choose either Physical, Mental, and Chance-based challenges to decide their future in the game.

17 people chose physical and 1 player, Dayna Flores, was eliminated while the teams were being picked. Since there needed to be an even number of players in both teams, the captains were asked to pick players to join them and since nobody picked Dayna, she went home even before the games started.

The first game in the Physical challenge required the Beast Games teams to pull a monster truck and make it across a finish line. Pink Team won the task and gained a lead in the race. He added that one person from each team had to race from the starting line and try the flag before the other team. The first team to collect five flags would win the game and move on.

However, since the Pink Team had won the previous game, if they won the game, the Orange Team would have been eliminated even before the 3rd game. However, since they didn't, they moved on to the third and last game, the Dead Hang Challenge.

Back in the city, Mr. Beast explained the Dead Hang Challenge and asked the teams to pick their representatives. He said one member from each team would try to hold the bar as it rose 40 feet into the air. He further said that whoever could hang on the longest would win their team a spot in the top 25.

While the Pink Team picked Michael, player 453 to participate, the Orange Team had two candidates — players 803 and 435. After much discussion, they picked the latter.

As episode 7 began, both teams cheered their players on while Mr. Beast reminded them what was at stake. The Orange Team's player 499 told player 435 aka Austin that he was "locked in" while player 803 advised him not to "swing" much. Nolan Hansen, the co-host of the Prime Video show told the cameras that he had never seen the Pink team as nervous as they were during the competition.

Around the 1 minute 40 seconds mark, Player 435 let go, which resulted in the Orange Team's elimination. As the team exited, Player 803 chimed in on the team's decision to pick 435 over him. He said the "entire team" pointed to him initially and thought he was going to be the one to do it.

"I think I would have made it longer. And that is no dig toward 435. It's just a mistake that I made by not taking charge and not taking the initiative where I should have," he added.

Beast Games season 1 airs new episodes every week on Thursdays on Prime Video.
