Big Brother season 26 has neared its finale after entering week 11. Out of the sixteen contestants that entered the BB House, Chelsie Baham, Kimo Apaka, Cam Sullivan-Brown, Makensy Manbeck, and Rubina Bernabe are the final 5 of the season.

Throughout season 26, the contestants participated in various tasks, competed in multiple Power of Veto competitions, faced AI arena challenges, and had to survive the final eviction votes. With just two weeks left before the finale, the winner will be announced and will take home the $750,000 prize.

Evictions before Big Brother season 26 final 5

Entering week 10, AINSLEY came back and announced that there would be a double eviction during the week. This meant that Big Brother was speeding up its elimination process as the show neared its finale. Two rounds of HOH selection, Power of Veto competition, AI arena, and eviction voting were held.

Makensey became the HOH during round one and nominated Kimo and Angela. After winning the POV the HOH selected Leah as a replacement nominee for Kimo. Leah was then evicted after receiving the majority votes (4-to-0) in comparison to Angela.

During round 2, Chelsie emerged as the HOH and had a discussion with Cam that she would target to eliminate Angela. She talked with Kimo and told him that even though she would select him as the second nominee, she promised him that Angela was her target. Kimo won the power of Veto and Chelsie selected Rubina to replace the POV holder in the nomination.

Angela was at a disadvantage as she was the only Big Brother season 26 houseguest without any ally and others would gang up on her to get her evicted. She tried to convince Makensy and Cam to vote out Rubina instead as she was “due” to win something. The house guests were, however, cemented on their decision and voted out Angela with a 3-to-0 vote over Rubina.

With Leah and Angela eliminated during week 10, Chelsea, Kimo, Cam, Rubina, and Makensy became the final five Big Brother season 26 contestants.

Big Brother Week 11 nominations

Entering Big Brother 26 week 11, four eligible contestants participated in the competition for HOH. Chelsie, Rubina, Cam, and Makensy were tasked to rebuild a 30-piece tiny puzzle using tweezers. Makensy had a lead over her fellow houseguest and was near completion before she had to struggle with her final puzzle column.

Makensy eventually emerged victorious and was crowned as the HOH for Week 11. Rubina and Kimo realized immediately that they were in danger as the new HOH had an alliance with Cam and Chelsie. However, the bond between the trio was not as strong as the two house guests thought.

Makensy and Chelsie solidified as a duo team and decided that they would be heading as the final two, and would have to leave Cam behind in the process.

Rubina had to act for her safety and tried to convince Makensy not to put her on the block. She told the HOH that Chelsie was alerted by Makensy's consecutive wins and had plans to target her. Makensy confronted Chelsie on the matter and the latter denied any thoughts or discussions of plotting against her.

On a different side of the house, Kimo pulled Cam for a conversation and proposed to him the idea of them two working together. Cam believed that Kimo was just desperate to be saved and took his conversation with the house guest to Makensy and Chelsie, and told them that they should target to evict Kimo.

Makensy stuck to her decision and nominated Rubina and Kimo to put on the block during Week 11. Winning POV was the only option for the two nominees to be saved and advance to the finals.

Big Brother season 26 airs on CBS every Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
