RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars season 9 episode 5 titled Property Queens was released on Paramount Plus on June 7, 2024. In the segment, drag queens Angeria, Gottmik, Jorgeous, Nina West, Plastique, Roxxxy, Shannel, and Vanessa competed for the grand prize of $200,000 provided by The Palette Fund.
The regular show judges RuPaul Charles, Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, Ts Madison, and Ross Mathews were joined by guests, Alec Mapa and Tracy Tutor. They guided the queens on how to carry out the task related to real estate commercials.
By the end of all the performances, Ru revealed that Roxxy was the winner. She was paired with Plastique, and the two team members went for a lip-sync battle as well. As the winner, Roxxy had the choice to block someone and to the viewers' surprise, she chose Gottmik.

After Roxxxy used her Beautiful Benefactress Badge against Angeria, the former entered the Werk Room to confront her fellow cast member. Alongside Roxxxy, Vanjie was also given the badge, however, she let Roxxy decide who to block. The RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars contestant revealed that she took revenge on Angeria as she blocked her first.
Moving onto this week's challenge in episode 5, the main task for all drag queens was to build a real estate advertisement for "unique properties." Ru paired Roxxy with Plastique and gave them an old West town property to showcase their talents. The team members decided they had to put extra effort into this challenge and get out of their comfort zone to add a comedy sketch to their performance.
Roxxy commented on Vanjie and Angeria's performance before they took to the stage. According to her, their depiction of Florida wasn't accurate enough. Upon hearing this, Vanjie called out Roxxy for throwing shade at them and starting a beef for no reason. Meanwhile, Roxxy said she was expressing her opinion and had no intention of looking down upon someone.
When it was time to perform, the guest judge Alec Mapa was surprised at how well the comedy elements were incorporated in Roxxy and Plastique's performance. As their stage presence was rated the best, Ru announced that the duo had won the challenge. The two teammates went into a lip-sync battle to perform Super Freaky Girl by Nicki Minaj.
After their battle, the RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars judge announced that Roxxy was this week's winner. She received a $10,000 donation to her charity called Miracle of Love. When it was time to use the power of Ruby Snippers (a giant pair of scissors), Roxxy planned on blocking Angeria once again but there was no reason for her to do that. Later, she picked Gottmik and started crying, while the latter comforted her.
In episode 6, viewers can expect to see confrontations, drama, and arguments between the queens as they prepare for the next challenge.
