The Tell All Part 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8 was released on August 25. Episode 24, the finale, saw the couples spending their final nights with each other, following which, they took lie detector tests as the ultimate challenge to prove their loyalty.
The final episode also saw clips of separated couple Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi's final few fights, which centered around Angela's trust issues with Michael, despite being with him for 7 years and hiring a private investigator who cleared him.
Angela's fears came true when Michael disappeared on her in February earlier this year. When he was found by the police he asked for security against Angela, who he thought posed a threat to his life. This eventually led to Angela calling it quits and filing for annulment in June. The turn of events happened after the filming for the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After season 8 was done.
So when the pair appeared on Tell Alls, they were still together, however, the finale episode had clips of them that were taken after their separation. In one of these clips, Angela talked about their divorce and said:
"After the Tell-All we got home... And my worst fear came true. We was home four days, I believe. Four days, three days, he was gone. He was gone".

Michael Ilesanmi's disappearance after filming 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After season 8
On February 26, Angela took to TikTok to announce that Michael had gone missing. She revealed that her Nigerian boyfriend had left everything behind including his passport and wallet.
Soon after John Yates, the 90 Day Fiancé blogger revealed that the police had found Michael but he didn't want Angela to know his location. He had confirmed his identity to them by showing some documents he had on his burner phone, which Angela didn't know he had. He also told them that he feared for his life.
This incident sent fans of the show into a frenzy. Some of them supported Angela and said this was exactly what she was scared of, while others supported Michael and said he ran off because he couldn't do with Angela's constant mistrust.
In recent developments, it was uncovered by In Touch on August 8 that Angela had applied for the annulment of their marriage and submitted her papers earlier on June 20, not long after Michael chose to leave her.
Michael might still be able to get his permanent residency in the US through VAWA requirements and has about $25,000, which was raised for him through a fundraiser targeted towards helping him with the legal fees.
Michael's fate with Angela is sealed, now it remains to be seen how he does in his legal battle to remain in the US.
