Perfect Match season 2 contestants Micah and Kaz were one of the strongest couples in the house until the latter was sent on a blind date with Holly. Their relationship was put to the test and things didn't go as planned.

Episode 9 changed Micah and Kaz's relationship dynamic after Bryton told the Love is Blind star that he wanted to match with her. He also talked to Kaz and said that Micah was unhappy due to his behavior and considered themselves the least compatible couple in the villa. Kaz was offended by this statement and thought Micah's double standards led her to believe that their relationship wasn't working because of his attitude.

During a game, Kaz kissed Perfect Match constant Holly. This came as a shock to Micah, and she began crying. Her partner soon paired up with Christine, whom he connected with during the men's mixer, leading Micah to impulsively match with Izzy. She expressed that this was the "worst thing" that had happened to her as she never once thought Kaz would put her in such a situation.

"At this point, the only thing that I wanna do is be around someone that I feel comfortable around, and it doesn't matter if we feel it's romantic or not because I'm not sure it. We've never explored that. I look around and you're the only person that I feel like somewhat like, there's at least a genuine person underneath, like, your exterior," she said as she paired up with Izzy.

She added:

"This is the worst thing that's ever happened to me. We'll figure it out."

Perfect Match season 2 episode 9 titled To Tell the Truth released on Netflix on June 14, 2024.

What happened between Micah and Kaz on Perfect Match season 2 episode 9?

The Perfect Match couple Micah and Kaz decided to have a conversation, and Micah called him out for kissing Holly. Kaz said it was "just a game" but the Love is Blind star confronted him and said that his actions hurt her. She said she would have never done something like this and added:

"You kissed somebody without talking to me. Did you think about how that would make me feel? I cared about you. I wouldn't go f*cking kiss someone else."

Kaz told Micah that she blamed him for their relationship not working because he was talking to other people in the villa. Meanwhile, Micah thought the two were committed to one another, and exploring other connections wasn't an option for them anymore. Angered by Micah's statements, Kaz told her that he never stopped her from trying to match with someone else, and said:

"I'm telling you I don't like double standards because I've had that in the past. I don't f*cking like it."

By the end of the argument, Micah began crying, and her Perfect Match co-star Xanthi consoled and encouraged her to match with someone else. Micah thought about exiting the villa because she couldn't see Kaz with his new match, Christine. However, she later decided to get together with Izzy after Bryton coupled up with Elyse.

She mentioned Izzy was a "genuine person" underneath his exterior. However, she clarified that he was someone she felt "comfortable" around although there was no romantic spark between them.

The Perfect Match finale episode is set to air on June 21, 2024, and fans are eager to see if Micah and Izzy's relationship continues.
