The episode that aired on June 28 stirred up more excitement, once again featuring Rob at the center of attention. In a challenge, each contestant was given tags with prompts written on them. They had to clock the player that resonated with the prompt the most by popping the balloon under their picture.
Kendall's tag said, "Which boy is the least trustworthy?" Without any hesitation, Kendall popped the balloon under Rob's name, deeming him the least trustworthy of them all. Rob didn't like the move and said that it made him "pissed."

In Love Island USA season 6 episode 16, as soon as Kendall popped the balloon under Rob's name, Rob seemed puzzled and asked when he had ever lied to Kendall. He demanded an explanation for Kendall's choice. Kendall simply said that "word gets around" and that some people have trust issues while others don't.
