“You got a target”- The Circle star Gianna hopes to team up with Garrett to eliminate Kevin

The Circle season 7 premiered on Netflix on September 11, 2024, featuring new contestants and a fresh concept. The show places participants in individual apartments within the same building, competing in a social media strategy game.

Players must create profiles on The Circle's social media platform and interact with their competitors. Players have the option to be themselves or to pretend to be someone else in the game. Regardless of their choice, they need to strategize and form alliances.

Despite being influencers together, Kevin and Gianna were at odds after Savannah's elimination. Gianna decided to team up with Garrett to eliminate Kevin.

After Savannah's elimination in episode 4, Jojo, who is behind Gianna's profile and is one-half of the Scarlotta twins, said:

"Kevin, clearly, you're not used to adversity, pal. You're used to shit going your way, in your favor, and maybe not hearing the word "no." Now ... you got a target on your frickin' forehead right here."

Kevin and Gianna's decision to remove Savannah resulted in a heated group chat the following morning in The Circle season 7 episode 4. The show played a video message from the recently eliminated contestant, Savannah. In her message, she warned the remaining players to be careful with the person they trust because Kevin, her number one, eliminated her.

Jojo said that Kevin might not be a person whom some could trust. Jojo expressed what he thought about Savannah's message and said:

"Kevin's a shiesty b*stard. She [Savannah] probably knows Gianna had a reason to block her, but she's definitely more upset that Kevin had a fake alliance with her Q and stabbed her in the back the first chance he had."

Jojo further stated that they were after him and gunning for him.

"We need to have it at home to the guys. Kevin, we are gunning for you."

The Circle opened the group chat after everyone reacted to Savannah's message. Rachel and Gianna supported each other and confronted Kevin for breaking his alliance with Savannah. Kevin defended himself with his explanation. By the end of the chat, The Circle contestants were divided into two groups.

Later in that episode, the Scarlotta twins decided to have a male on their side, as Kevin formed a "bro alliance" with Andy and Darian. They decided to ally with Garret to "balance things out."

Jojo said:

"I wanna start a group chat with, uh, Garret and Rachel. Honestly, I get -- I do get very genuine vibes from Garret. We already know how we feel about Rachel... We need a guy 'cause right now, it looks like we have, including Gianna, three out of the four girls on our side. We need at least one of the four guys."

Gianna, Rachel, and Garrett had a friendly group chat and established a foundation for a future alliance.

Why did Kevin and Gianna eliminate Savannah?

Kevin and Gianna received the first two positions in The Circle season 7 episode 3 rankings and were crowned the influencers. They had the power to unanimously decide on one player they wanted to eliminate. Their decision boiled down to Alex, Savannah, and Rachel.

Kevin had an alliance with Alex and Savannah and did not want to eliminate them. Gianna was close with Rachel and did not want her out of the game. Kevin had to compromise and agree to eliminate Alex or Savannah. He had a "bro alliance" with Andy and Darian which was important for his game. Kevin and Gianna ended up eliminating Savannah in The Circle season 7 episode 4.
