The reunion episode of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 aired on December 18, alongside the finale. The episode featured the couples discussing their post-show lives and experiences.

Caleb and Mariah, the only couple to get engaged, shared updates on their relationship. However, Caleb's trial partner, Aria, accused him of watching her Instagram stories and blocking/unblocking her, suggesting his relationship with Mariah might be fake.

When Caleb denied the claims, Aria said:

"I don't believe you at all. I think You're capping right now. You're giving off mixed signals that you're engaged and happy. The way you guys act sometimes, to me, is fake".

Aria further cast doubt on Caleb's intentions and said she was unsure if he even told Mariah the truth about what went on between her and him.

What Aria said about Caleb and Mariah's relationship on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 reunion

On The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On reunion, when the co-host Vanessa Lachey asked Caleb if he ever reached out to Aria for support on issues pertaining to his relationship with Mariah, he said no. This was when Aria interrupted and revealed that even though Caleb hadn't reached out to her one-on-one he did watch her stories and liked them. To this, Caleb said that he even watched Zaina's stories.

Aria accused Caleb of lurking on her Instagram, liking her posts, and then blocking her, which he admitted before she added he later unblocked her. Aria questioned the authenticity of Caleb and Mariah's relationship, recalling that Mariah used to call Caleb nightly during his time with Aria.

She mentioned their two-hour calls in The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On bathroom, suggesting Mariah was insecure about their relationship and that it distracted them from the show's purpose.

To all of Aria, accusations, Mariah said that Caleb watching her stories, blocking/unblocking her was news to her. She then urged Caleb to be honest with her because she was emotionally hurt while watching the season back. That was because, she said, Caleb had told her that his connection with Aria was completely platonic. But in reality, when she watched the season back, she discovered that he did emotionally feel for her.

Talking about her reaction when she watched the season back, Mariah shared:

"Are you f*cking kidding me? What is going on. I don't know what's going on. It's upsetting and it really hurt me... I was not okay."

Caleb finally broke his silence on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On reunion saying that if he didn't let an emotional connection flourish with Aria, he thought he wouldn't be crossing any boundaries. He then admitted to feeling an emotional connection with Aria and said that he recognized it when he watched the series back. He stated that he should've been more transparent about his feelings.

Aria reassured Mariah by saying that Caleb always thought of Mariah even when he was with her. Nick Lachey, the other host, also reassured her saying he thought Caleb really loved her.
