Love Island: All Stars season 2 released episode 4 on January 16. It featured Kaz and Elma having a one-on-one chat after both kissed Ronnie the night before. Elma had been paired with Ronnie on the very first day of the season through public votes. On the other hand, Kaz was paired with Curtis, but Ekin Su, the bombshell, steals him from her, leaving Kaz single.
A single Kaz then began expressing her interest in Ronnie. In episode 3, right after Elma and Ronnie's kiss, Kaz pulled him aside to the villa's private area, The Secret Garden. There, she told him she was interested in him, which made Ronnie lean in for a kiss.
In Love Island: All Stars episode 4, Elma accused Kaz of insinuating the kiss by taking Ronnie to a private place, claiming it was wrong since Kaz knew about Elma's kiss with him. Elma said:

"You took him to The Secret Garden and you insinuated them kisses."
Kaz defended herself by saying that she didn't insinuate anything. Elma was reluctant to believe her because Ronnie told her Kaz had initiated it, so she said someone had to lie.
The conversation between Kaz and Elma on Love Island: All Stars season 2 episode 4
In the previous Love Island: All Stars episode 3, when Kaz and Ronnie went to The Secret Garden, Ekin Su pulled Elma aside to ask her how she felt about the two of them going to the private place and asked if she thought they would kiss. Elma revealed that Kaz had talked to her about chatting with Ronnie beforehand, so she knew that was going to happen, so she was okay with it.
However, she said she'd be devastated if they kissed. And she was shocked when she found out they did. So she pulled Kaz aside and told her she was okay with talking to Ronnie like she said she would be, but she wasn't okay with Kaz insinuating the kisses.
When Kaz said she wasn't the one to lean in for the kiss, Elma said someone was lying because that's what she was told. She added that Ronnie kissed her, but she didn't stop it. To clarify things once and for all, on Love Island: All Stars, the girls summoned Ronnie to verify the truth.
He said the kiss was mutual, which Elma said was contrary to what he told her. She also revealed that Ronnie told her there was nothing to worry about, which Kaz argued was wrong because Ronnie told her he liked her.
He further said:
"I didn't go in there thinking we was going to kiss or anything like that."
Elma accused him of not being honest with them both, but Ronnie said he was completely honest. Kaz stated that she, too, was honest with her and that she told her about the kiss the minute she could. She then apologized to her for kissing Ronnie, while Elma said she didn't want her apology.
Things got heated between the two after Kaz angrily told Elma that she didn't go into The Secret Garden to kiss Ronnie. When Elma refused to believe her, Kaz said she didn't know her enough not to believe her, and Elma confirmed she didn't know her at all.
Kaz walked off the scene with tears in her eyes. Elma told some cast members that Kaz expected her to be okay with something she wasn't okay with. Kaz told another cast member that Ronnie lied to Elma about her kissing him.
