Courtroom dramas have a special place in fans' hearts but if the show in question is Suits, the fanbase becomes much wider. Starring Patrick Adams, Gabriel Macht, and Meghan Markle in leading roles, the show ran for nine seasons with over 130 episodes.
Created by Aaron Korsch, the American series follows the story of Mike Ross (played by Patrick J. Adams), a college dropout with immense potential. Despite not attending law school, he ends up working as an associate for attorney Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht). The show delves into the lives of Specter and Ross, while the latter tries to keep his educational background under wraps.
Now that Suits (2011-2019) has not released another season for the last five years, fans want to get their hands on another such courtroom drama to binge-watch.

The Lincoln Lawyer, Mad Men Character, The Good Wife, and more: 5 shows to watch if you loved Suits
1) The Lincoln Lawyer
Available to stream on Netflix, The Lincoln Lawyer is an adaptation of Michael Connelly's novel of the same name. The show features Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as Mickey Haller, a lawyer who works out of the back of his car (Lincoln Navigator). In this humble setting, he takes on big and small cases in Los Angeles, cracking them one after the other while also fighting his personal demons.
The unique setting of The Lincoln Lawyer makes it an incredible watch. Fans would be happy to know that the show has been renewed for a third season by Netflix.
2) Boston Legal
Suits fans who enjoyed the banter between Hervey Specter and Mike Ross would love to watch Boston Legal, a spinoff from the David E. Kelley show titled The Practice. Streaming on Hulu and Disney+ Hotstar, it is one of the few spinoff series that seems to have grabbed more eyeballs than the original show.
Boston Legal explores the lives of Alan Shore (James Spader) and Denny Crane (William Shatner) working at a high-priced legal firm called 'Crane, Poole & Schmidt.' They get together at the end of the day to discuss their cases over some whiskey and cigars.
3) The Good Wife
The Good Wife follows the story of Alicia Florrick, a talented lawyer who had been out of the game for a while. However, she is thrust back into the scene after a huge s*x and political scandal that sent her husband to prison.
Forced to provide for her children, Florrick now takes the world of litigation head on. The Good Wife is available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
4) Mad Men
Set in 1950s New York, Mad Men delves into the world of advertising. Available to stream on Prime Video, the show follows the life of a creative director at Sterling Cooper, Don Draper.
He is lauded across the advertising fraternity for his genius work. However, he also deals with a secretive past and other personal challenges. The show gives an insight into the period of decline in Draper's life.
With portrayals of dapper suits and whiskey in the office, it is evident that Suits took inspiration from Mad Men in more ways than one. However, there is a bigger similarity in the fact that both shows have a lead character pretending to be someone he is not. Mike Rosa pretends to be a lawyer with a degree, while Don Draper portrays himself as a more calm and collected person than he actually is.
Be it a powerful storyline, important female lead characters, or the personal conflicts of main characters, both shows have noticeable similarities.
5) How To Get Away With Murder
If you love intense courtroom scenes, How To Get Away With Murder has to be the next show to binge. With Viola Davis playing the lead character of Annalise Keating, this drama tells the story of a stellar lawyer and professor who solves the mystery of her husband's murder with the help of her students.
However, the group also hides a sinister truth that makes things very intense whenever somebody gets close to uncovering the truth. The compelling narrative of this Netflix series makes it a classic watch for the fans of legal thrillers.
The gripping storytelling and characters' depth make these 5 shows a must-watch for Suits fans.
