Butch Casey, Sharon Anderson, and Marie Rogers were found slain at Casey's home in Florida on June 26, 1994. They were shot and beaten brutally to death. The triple homicide took years to solve and in 2019, a jury charged Pablo Ibar with the triple homicide. His arrest and life sentence remain a matter of debate to date.

The synopsis of the episode as per Rotten Tomatoes reads:

5 chilling details about Butch Casey, Sharon Anderson, and Marie Rogers's murder
1) Butch Casey was beaten continuously and then he was shot in the head
The burglars entered through the front glass door at 7:18 a.m. on June 26 and struck Casey across the head, shocking him, according to reports and per the CCTV footage captured by the Casey house cameras.
Before he was eventually shot in the head, one of the assassins had him pinned to the ground and beaten him for several minutes. The trespassers personally searched the house and Casey as if they wanted to find out something from him. But what were they trying to find still remains the question.
2) Sharon's feet were tied with telephone cords
To restrain Sharon Anderson, the killers tied her feet with telephone cords. As both Sharon and Marie watched, the assassins beat Butch as mentioned already. Later, they were all shot in the head and also at the back. Multiple rounds were fired as per reports. The killer showed no room for mercy with his Tec-9.
The camera which was hidden above the table, captured the entire homicide. Just before the killers were going to exit the Casey’s, one of them took off the t-shirt with which he was covering his face for a few seconds. If the killer never had to take off his shirt, no face would have been revealed and perhaps Pablo Ibar would not have been arrested.
3) The arrest and conviction of Ibar for the murder of Butch Casey, Sharon Anderson, and Marie Rogers was a hot topic of debate
Pablo Ibar, whose face resembled the intruder captured via the CCTV, did not plead guilty. As per reports, the footage was grainy and semi-clear. Although the t-shirt from the crime scene linked Ibar once again to the crime scene, the DNA test results were speculative.
Ibar maintains his innocence to this day and is presently serving a life sentence at the South Bay Correctional Facility. He, his family, and many on the internet still believe that an innocent has been kept captive. Many social media pages and campaigns have also shown their support for Ibar. What if Ibar did not commit these crimes and the person recorded on the camera was his lookalike or a doppelganger, who killed Butch Casey, Sharon Anderson, and Marie Rogers?
4) The forensic findings and autopsy reports were disturbing
Butch Casey, Sharon Anderson, and Marie Rogers were fatally shot after suffering severe beatings, according to the autopsy results. Reports stated that the crime scene was a bloodbath, with blood on the walls and floor. Given that two innocent girls and a bar owner were killed by the monsters in a matter of twenty-five minutes, the way they died reveals just how fierce they were.
5) The second killer roams freely to date
According to the CCTV evidence, there was another assassin involved in the gruesome killings in Miramar in addition to Ibar. Alongside Ibar, Seth Penalver was accused of these killings; however, in 2012, Seth was found not guilty due to insufficient evidence. As of right now, Ibar remains detained, while the other murderer remains at large.
The question of the hour is whether Ibar knows who the murderer is or if he had nothing to do with the killing and it was carried out by two separate assassins who have not yet been apprehended or even questioned.
