1) Nicholas Rossi was known by many names and took on many roles
Nicholas Rossi, in his extensively varied life, took on many aliases and did many things that ordinary people do not. He was known as Nicholas Alahverdian, his legal name, and Arthur Knight, an assumed identity he took on in Scotland, among other names.
His offbeat roles saw him take on the Department of Children Youth and Families (DCYF), Rhode Island's social service system in an unsuccessful lawsuit. He was also a men's rights figurehead for radicalized people at one point in his life after not registering as a s*x offender.
2) Rossi was accused of r*pe, assault, and other s*xual misconducts
Rossi was first accused of assault in 2008 when a young woman from Sinclair Community College stepped up to reveal that he had pinned her in his basement and assaulted her. The same year, he was accused of public indecency and s*xual imposition for the incident at Sinclair Community College and was eventually required to register as a s*x offender.
In 2017, a backlog of untested s*xual assault kits revealed Rossi's DNA, confirming that he was involved in a r*pe back in 2008. He was also accused of a possible kidnapping in Utah court.
In 2010, another woman from Pawtucket, Rhode Island, accused him of s*xual misconduct.

Rossi faked his death in 2020 claiming that he had non-Hodgkin lymphoma. He claimed to have succumbed to the disease in February 2020 and reportedly moved to Glasgow, Scotland.
He even had a woman, who remains unidentified, claim she was his widow and mourn him in public. Many allege it was his present wife, Miranda Louisa Knight.
5) Nicholas Rossi was arrested in Glasgow but he continued claiming he was Arthur Knight
Rossi was ultimately arrested in Glasgow, Scotland, in a hospital he was undergoing treatment for COVID-19. He was arrested after he was recognized for his distinctive scars and tattoos.
However, he continued to claim that he was Arthur Knight, an orphan from Ireland. He was finally arrested and extradited to Utah, where earlier this year he dropped the claims of being Arthur Knight. He is currently awaiting his trial.
