Starring Elyes Gabel, Jadyn Wong, and others, Scorpion, is an action drama series created by Nick Santora and revolves around an eccentric computer expert, O’Brien (Gabel), who hires a group of exceptionally genius individuals to save the world from technological threats by being a part of Homeland Security.

The series is fast-paced and engrossing and brings forth ingenious cases that need to be solved. The show is full of twists and turns and like Scorpion, it centers around a group of talented individuals who must save the world. Both shows, therefore, have similar premises.


5) The Queen’s Gambit - Netflix

Starring Anya Taylor-Joy and created by Scott Frank, this period drama is based on the novel by Walter Tevis and revolves around a chess prodigy, Beth (Anya), who rises in the world of chess but struggles with personal traumas and alcoholism.

The acclaimed series will enthrall fans of Scorpion, as it features a similarly genius protagonist and is cerebral in nature. Even though it doesn't revolves around saving the world from dangers, the series is a gripping watch.

Starring Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams and others, this legal drama created by Aaron Korsh revolves around a genius college dropout, Mike (Patrick), who has a photographic memory and gets hired by the charismatic lawyer, Harvey (Macht).

The two solve various cases and the show revolves around their personal and professional lives. Like Scorpion, the series focusses on gifted individuals wo use their cerebral power to save the day. Both shows come from different worlds — law enforcement and the world of law but are equally intense.
