During Agatha's trial, the disgraced witch was possessed by the spirit of her mother Evanora Harkness. Agatha had killed her mother and Evanora's spirit wanted Agatha's coven to leave her behind and punish her for her deeds.

The coven, especially Alice, tried to take Agatha's side. Alice even realized that she had briefly regained her powers, enough to conjure a protective spell to shield Agatha from Evanora's ghost. However, Agatha siphoned Alice's powers for herself, leaving the protection witch dead.

After seeing this, Teen lost respect for Agatha and called her out for selfishly stealing powers from one of her own. He asserted that death was not his way of dealing with situations.

Agatha jibed at Teen in return, asking him if he was sure. She then whispered that Teen was exactly like his mother. This made mind control powers emerge from Teen's hands, turning Lilia and Jen against Agatha.

Teen used his powers to bury the three remaining coven members under the Road. Right before the end of the episode, the scene focused on a crown forming on Teen's head. This was extremely reminiscent of the crown that Wanda wore as the Scarlet Witch. The formation of the crown and Agatha's acknowledgement, both indicate that Teen was actually Wiccan, a reincarnated version of Wanda's son, Billy Maximoff.

At this point in Agatha All Along, Teen seems like a dangerous foe. He buried Agatha and her coven the very first time he used his powers. Now that the character has been directly linked to the Scarlet Witch, it makes sense that Teen has some of her formidable aura too.

It is possible that Teen only accompanied Agatha on the Road to suit his own purpose. He likely wants to revive his mother Wanda from the dead at the end of the journey. This might even mean fighting Agatha to ensure that his purpose is fulfilled.

However, Teen seems to have developed a close bond with Agatha too. For a time, she even believed that he might be her lost son, Nicholas Scratch. (The theory was fully dispelled in this episode when Nicholas visited Agatha in spirit form during the Ouija board summoning). Agatha has felt protective of Teen in the past and this might factor into the outcome of the plot resolution at the end of the series.
