The series premiered with its first two episodes on the platform, already giving viewers much to unpack about the witches' coven and what it takes to keep control of their powers. At the end of episode 2, Agatha assembles a coven of witches and summons the door to the Witches Road.
The ending also shows mysterious forces at work against her, as several black hooded figures arrive when the summoning ritual is being performed. They narrowly miss the band of witches before they escape into the door to the Road.
How do the witches summon the portal door in Agatha All Along?
Episodes 1 and 2 of Agatha All Along go into detail about what it takes to summon the door to the Witches Road. The witches who do the summoning ritual have to be part of a coven, harnessing different realms of power to be able to walk the path. Episode 2 mainly consists of Agatha hunting around to find the members of her coven.
The coven gathers in Agatha's basement and sings a ballad meant to summon the Road. When it does not appear initially, Agatha tries to provoke her coven into attacking her so she could steal their power.
However, just then, the door to the Road opens with a spiral staircase beneath their feet. All the witches make their descent, narrowly avoiding a dangerous invasion in Agatha's home.
Agatha, Jennifer, Alice, Lilia, Mrs Sharon, and Teen end up beoming inadvertent members of the coven. This is despite the fact that Teen does not take part in the summoning and Mrs Sharon is not a witch at all.
At the end of the episode, they take off their shoes to connect with the magic of the Road before setting off on their journey.

Who is the missing member of Agatha's coven?
Even though the coven was sufficiently powerful to open the door, there is one member missing from their group. Agatha needed to reach out to a witch with earth powers to harness the true bond of a coven. However, there was a name she avoided, bringing Mrs Sharon as a decoy replacement.
While Agatha All Along has not revealed who this final coven member might be, they have dropped enough hints for audiences to make a guess. Lilia mentioned that the last name on the coven list was marked with a black heart.
This might indicate that the next witch to join the coven might be Rio. The character's throwaway line "I have a black heart and it bleeds only for you" seems of greater significance.
Clearly, there is some unresolved issue and much burning hatred between Agatha and Rio. Rio even attacked Agatha, profusely wishing for her rival's death. If the last coven member is truly her, it shall make for an interesting story ahead.

Who are the black hooded figures that attacked the house during the summoning?
While Agatha All Along has not explained the identity of the hooded villains yet, Marvel fans can turn to the comics to gain insight into these characters.
Most likely, the figures are the Salem Seven. In the comics, they are magical entities linked to Nicholas Scratch, who is incidentally Agatha Harkness' son. They try to steal the witch's power for themselves, weakening her on the Witches Road. In the comic storyline, Agatha even resorts to Wanda Maximoff's help to defeat them.
It remains to be seen how the show storyline will proceed with The Salem Seven. Wanda was presumed to be dead in episode 1 of the series, but the audiences do not know for sure which version of Wanda that might be. Especially considering the fact that the Marvel universe is currently facing a multiversal war.
Perhaps Wanda might make a brief return to the enemy she cursed into oblivion. Or perhaps the show intends to make Agatha a much more formidable witch on her own.
