Agatha All Along: The story till now
Before watching Agatha All Along season 1 episode 4, here are some key points from the current storyline. Agatha Harkness and her newly assembled coven leave Westview through a conjured door and find themselves on the Witches Road.
They set off on their journey, expecting many challenges on the way. Episode 3 of the series explores their first challenge: posing as a quiet beach house but with a trial on the inside. The coven gets locked into the house the moment they enter, leaving them at the bidding of a set of instructions they must follow.
During this process, they also find out that Teen has a Sigil spell placed on him and cannot divulge anything about himself. Later, Jen warns him not to trust Agatha since the witch supposedly gave up her son for the Darkhold.
As per the instructions provided by the house, the witches drink a bottle of wine before realizing it is poisoned. The coven's resident potioneer, Jen, decides to brew an antidote, and everyone scrambles for the ingredients. During this time, all the poisoned witches experience traumatic hallucinations as a result of the poison's symptoms.
The coven successfully brews the antidote potion after scrapping together its components. Sharon, who is not a coven member, is almost forgotten in their haste and receives the antidote last, even though she drank the wine first. After this, the coven manages to hoist up Sharon and escape the house through another small portal in the oven. This leads them back to the Witches Road, signifying their first trial ended.
However, the coven realizes after their exit that Sharon is dead. This is presumably because the antidote did not have enough time to counter the poison in her system. The third episode ends on this heartbreaking note.
